Its a shame part of the wooden frame was chipped and damaged at the top, exposing the discolored wood underneath

The customer support deserves a special mention - really quick and perfect answers that helped me to decide right away. The shelves are what we have been looking for quite a while but nobody even wanted to do a custom made ones here in Lithuania. I mean the whole room just looks superb!

I am extremely pleased with the purchase and the shopping experience with rackbuddy.com. I really like their website, it is nicely put together, with some lovely photos and helpful product descriptions. My initial email query was about another garment rack, it was promptly answered the next day. The RackBuddy Clyde has a particularly attractive (and useful) design, displaying a shoe 'shelf' at the bottom. Having the shelf is not only practical but it also adds to the 'industrial' look, having more pipes and connectors in the structure. The rack arrived to the UK quickly (within 5 days), perfectly packaged, a pair of gloves and a branded bag were a lovely touch. I also appreciated the video on how to assemble the rack, the link was thoughtfully emailed me in advance. The rack looks extremely smart and is a delightful piece of furniture, not just a functional item. All is all, I am very pleased indeed and I am normally very picky!

The rail is really sturdy and looks great! Love the industrial look it brings to my walk in wardrobe area. However it was very sad to see that the screws needed a particular key to screw them in. Even though they look nice as they are star shaped, the key must be provided for assembly or else one is stuck. We had to use our own screws which defeated the purpose of having them black and matching. Pity really!
