Truly professional and responsive. All communications are precise and clear. A real treat for a customer like me, who’s from Switzerland.

Thanks Paul, that’s great to hear. It's always a pleasure supporting you and your events and we're very proud to see how they're continuing to grow!
The Racespace event platform is ideal for our multi day and single day ultra events. We have used them for years and really like the platform and the support we get.
Their new accelerator service is fantastic to help with marketing the event.

Thank you so much Neil, you've been a dream client! We look forward to many more years of maximising the potential of XNRG :)
We've been working with Race Space for many years and they just get what an Event Organiser needs. Everything we ask for is done quickly and efficiently and they always find a solution if we request something which is out of the ordinary. Their service and response time is superb and we're so glad we moved to them from our previous registration partner. We would highly recommend them.

The best registration platform we have worked with hands down (and we have worked with several!)

Thanks Sam, that means a lot to hear. We’re really proud to have you guys as partners!
The website is awful, completely confusing. It’s registered me twice and won’t let me amend to put me and my son. No one to call. No help. Really put me off registering for Total Warrior again.

Hi Nicola, sorry to hear you had such a frustrating experience when registering. That’s definitely not the experience we want people to have.
Sometimes issues like duplicate registrations can happen if the checkout is completed more than once, but our support team is always happy to help get things sorted when that happens. We appreciate you taking the time to share the feedback, as it helps us keep improving the platform.

Thanks for the kind words, Rob. Really glad you found the platform easy to use. We put a lot of effort into making the entry process as smooth as possible, so it’s great to hear it worked well for you :)
They promote and process orders and payments for other events, but when things go wrong with the event organizers they refuse to take any responsibility or take any action to help, they simply claim that they just provide the platform and will only offer to contact the organizers on your behalf. This is not good enough, you should make sure that the event organizers using your platform are conducting business in an honest way and act on it when they aren't.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
Race Space provides the entry platform for events, but each event is organised and delivered by the individual event organiser. When issues arise, we always do our best to help by contacting the organiser and facilitating communication so they can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
We understand how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong, and we appreciate you raising your concerns. If there is anything further we can do to assist, please feel free to contact our support team directly and we will gladly help where we can.
