Cheap material. Terrible Customer Service!

I have been going back and forth with this company since January! My friend bought a beautiful light denim top and matching skirt from them. I ordered from the same link she did and got cheap flammable pajama quality junk. They keep sending the same generic email that the matter has been settled. Reporting to my credit card company.

I ordered clothing from them

I ordered clothing from them. It took a long time to get here, but when it did, the fit was wrong. They had said returns were acceptable within 14 days I believe. I let them know the day I got the merchandise that I wanted a refund. They sent back a note that on a $66.48 order they said they would refund $33, because the cost of postage would be to costly.
Company is a total ripoff.
