I’ve been using this company for a number of years and Tara has always looked after me really well.

With this broker for 4 years. Their prices are pretty good, but only because you're not buying much. The claim service is terrible. They use iRevolution as claim handlers and I ended up managing the claim myself, and doing a significantly better job. 2nd non fault claim, I employed an independent claim handling company myself and what a difference.
Now I've cancelled a policy after 3 months, and it had cost be over 50% of the annual premium.
So don't be fooled by competitive pricing. It's like a pub offering £1 beers, but you get it in a thimble. Nothing much for your money.

Very disappointed, recently moved house and called upto change my address. My renewal is less than a month very early aug and was told there maybe a small fee to pay.. was massively overcharged £53 just to change my address then add insult to the fee my renewal quote was over £700 based on my new address where with another insurance company quoted a fraction of the price and there was nothing to pay for change of address with my other definitely a legal way to rip people off
