Hard work since being taken over...
Edited to a more positivestar rating: Thank you to Rita who finally sorting out the issue quickly and professionally and for being available out of hours when another issue arose. Hopefully by the time I need to access my unit in a couple of months, any wrinkles will have been ironed out.
I have had two units at the Wigan facility over several years, housing my personal effects while I am overseas. I have always paid annually in advance for the units and have enjoyed a smooth and issue free professional customer service. That is, until recently when Quick Store suddenly took over from the previous owners. As I am overseas, my preferred communication is via email which had always been friendly and proactive. Now, responses are cold, erratic and bordering on the condescending. I have tried to get an invoice to pay by bank transfer for the upcoming year, but I either have to pay monthly, either over the phone (from the Middle East) or use their online payment system which is showing an outstanding balance of zero despite me having an invoice for one month, and one for a few days. The online system does not work correctly on the mobile. Two recent messages for help have gone unanswered. I am fully expecting to be slapped with a late payment charge, hence this review now, hoping that they get their act together.
