Bizarre selling process.
Bizarre. I submitted photos of a bed frame in excellent condition for sale and for no reason whatsoever, it was rejected?? Makes zero sense. No reason was given, just an unhelpful automatic email stating they would not accept the item. Why?? How is your email helpful?

Delayed, and then offered 50% of what was agreed when i sent photos,etc. Rather donate to Charity and make a difference. This is basically a scam.

We’re sorry to see that you have had a bad experience using our platform.
We kindly ask during the submission process to please mention all “faults, marks, stains & damages for an accurate evaluation”.
As we were not shown any damage or defects with the submission we received, we then clarified in the body of our (email) offer that it is on the basis that there are no “marks / damages to note”. This was naturally assumed to be considered as acknowledgment on your end as our offer was accepted.
Upon arrival, there were indeed damages, marks and defects with which upon explanation and understandably a reduction from our initial offer, you accepted, being completely within your right to refuse.
It’s quite a shame to be called a scam as we did everything we advertise ourselves to do and unfortunately the furniture submitted wasn’t accurately described.
We strive to take a dynamic approach in the improvement of our services, so your review has been acknowledged.

Great service at a great speed!
It was very easy and super quick to arrange a collection date for our wardrobe. On the agreed date they very quickly dismantled our wardrobe in a very careful and organised way. We were impressed!
We'll definitely use this company again! Highly recommended!
