If you are coach, quenza is the best it will save 80% of your energy and focus on the quality of coaching. This is the best app ever. I tried so many app to manage the coaches in my business. We have multiple coaches that help people reverse lifestyle disease. Nothing was working well. Finally I build my own but but it was not user friendly. But quenza is very simple and user friendly. I highly recommend this app for coaches and for anyone that does online client management.

Quenza is a software that I can recommend to practitioners of all kinds, even to people-leading managers in businesses.

I use it on a daily basis (for over a year now) and haven't had negative experiences.

What is of true value to me is their library of methods and tools that I can use as they are or even customize. This is a massive time saver on the one hand but also adds additional value, makes me better in what I do.

When I log in to my account I often find myself being satisfied as I realize that the software is built with its users in mind. The workflow, the ability to serve my clients (automation, chat, adding value, offering an secure online environment) as well as the empowerment of becoming creative in creating my own resources, lead to this level of satisfaction.

Last but not least, their customer service deserves a 6 star ranking on a 5 star scale.

Truly enjoying using Quenza to help clients continue to feel connected to therapeutic experience in between sessions. Most have reported the activities are meaningful and enjoyable, and their related work demonstrates Quenza exercises are positively impactful.

Quenza has been such a user friendly platform that allows me to make activities exactly how I want them to simplify the process of sending exercises over email. They also give you the ability to choose from so many pre-made activities and some pathways too so I can enhance my content if I am feeling stuck or want new ideas for worksheets to have my clients complete. The developers are also constantly adding new features depending on how many ppl request new functionality so I know they really care about the users and what’s going to make Quenza the best platform for clients’ care. I have been using it for months and recommend it to my other Coach colleagues

Quenza is a great tool for coaches and therapists. It has premade templates and activities you can leverage or you can design your own activities. The reason I gave it a 4 vs 5 is it’s still new so the features are being developed. But it was also really fun to try it out and suggest features and get to talk with the owners and founders to help them build something fantastic. It’s also a tad bit pricey in my opinion. And it takes time to create and set up the activities you want them to use so it’s hard to get all that done and just a 30 day trial. I’d like to see a lower price option ... so I can design my lessons and take my time getting it all set up before launching everything.

I have had a really good experience with Quenza and my clients love it. I am relieved to be able to give my clients exercises in between sessions - (simply awesome) I am looking forward to other features like billing and scheduling. So far, I love Quenza! Works for me!
