Tha tracking was goog l got what l ordered only the size was a bit small when l wear they keep rolling down but good quality products will try get bigger size next time the problem was they were not going high enough on the tummy

Very disappointed with the leggings poor quality and sizing , always used to be fantastic quality and perfect sizing , no idea what’s changed but won’t be buying or recommending again

Excellent quality, fit is perfect and delivery was as expected

Terrible service. Do not use this store: I am trying to return the goods I ordered and no one is replying to my emails requesting a return or refund. I have rarely experienced such bad service and have wasted £80 on clothes I will never wear.

I needed to make a chance in size and did so (a few times before the shipping), they managed to change it, but it would have been nice to receive a confirmation after the first request.

Trading Standards need to look into this company. False advertising & shoddy goods. Item I ordered was defective: shapewear that was missing underwire in the garment & was sewn visibly wonky. The company replied to my query as to next steps for an exchange/refund & offered nothing except a screed about very high quality control standards. Evidently no, really not. Give me a refund.

I honestly cant fault the customer service with this company. Replied to my email and i got a refund. Surprised by negativity on here. Thanks again.

The track and trace was always up-to-date, I like that.
It is a pity that there are no underwires in the bra of the bodysuit. and in the advertisement there were underwires…

Really pleased with product, it’s always a worry when purchasing from social media shops. However, product was high quality and arrived after a 10 days.

Bras are poor quality and nothing like the website and socials marketing. Tried to get a refund. ignored.
There are so many good companies out there - avoid Queen Of Curves as they are truly awful.

The lace bodies were really short in the body and I am not very tall. I bought a Large but still came up small

Truly awful quality. Do not waste your money! Products do not match description or social media marketing. Matetials used are cheap and inadequate for use, stitching poor and sizes are inaccurate...and the company is unwiling to provide full refund for clearly misleading products.

Garment came , looked like it had been worn and washed as was very off white, also had two pulls in it. Contacted customer service, no response so I threw it away. Will not order again

Unfortunately the swimsuit wasn’t fit for use, made badly, thin material, no gusset - just a stitch together! I have no use for this as you can see straight through it. Baggy at the legs, no support. Really wanted to love this but waste of money and too late to get a refund.

The swimming costume looks cheap and the tie up at the back is fraying . Does not live up to it what it said at all

Poor quality. Straps snapped when trying it on has to sew it back together. Sizing not great either.
