I bought via PayPal and shortly after received .zip files of the Ford Ranger 2002 Service Manual. Based on the description on the seller’s web site (“Complete workshop repair service manual with electrical wiring diagrams for Ford Ranger 2002”), I was expecting to find all the wiring diagrams. However I found none of them; in addition, most of the DTCs descriptions were missing.
Without the wiring diagrams and DTCs this purchase is useless for me. I emailed the seller about this issue but never received an answer. After opening a dispute, PayPal was quick to issue a full refund !

This site delivered! I needed a series of manuals to help me troubleshoot my RV's diesel engine and found the manuals here. I read the terms and conditions and at the bottom there was an apology for the amateurish feel but the site is legitimate, and FINALLY, I got what I needed. I get it, some folks have technical challenges but you are given an email to get support on the download process. It worked absolutely fine.

The digital download i was directed to was invalid. The zip file was empty. When trying to contact them by email I get an error message stating that my email contained spamming components so it refused to send. I am so pissed right now.

cannot process payment and price jumps from 30 to 50 and discount will not work

I needed a Service Manual to do a specific job on my 216B Caterpillar skid steer and ordered one from Quality Service Manual. The selection and payment process went very well (I used PayPal) as did the download and extraction of zip files. Using the files to access information was quite easy (click on a topic in the contents and the page opens). Because my needs were very specific and I had part numbers to locate and verify before buying them, I encountered problems likely due to the manual and parts list not being current with Caterpillar revisions and superceeded part numbers. The operations and procedures described were perfectly good. I asked Quality Service Manuals for help and their first comment was that they would provide me with what I needed or refund my money. I did not want a refund. They located another source for my skid steer manual and set me up to download that folder, which I did. While the second manual had one section not provided in the first one, it did not solve my problem and I deleted it and explained the situation to Quality Service Manual. I did not ask for a refund, but they had exhausted their resources and returned my purchase price anyway. I was disappointed but found their customer service to be much more responsive than I expected and feel like the company goes above and beyond normal customer service levels to help users get what they need. And that's why I rate Quality Service Manual a 5 star company. (I'd give the Caterpillar service manual fewer stars only because it isn't up to date.)
