Almost all of the duvet cover sets that we supply will be creased as they need to be folded into the packaging.
For the quality issue, the Serene Cavali duvet cover set that you have ordered is made from 100% polyester which usually feels worse than a polycotton blend or 100% cotton.
The Serene Lara on your order is a polycotton blend duvet cover set and that is normal for most bedlinen at this price point.
I would recommend a duvet cover set made with a higher cotton blend to achieve a more quality feel, with the same choice for bedsheets.
We can communicate with the supplier if you have any specific technical issues so you won't have to keep any unsatisfactory items.

We do not manufacture any curtain poles as we are a retailer, so any product issues will need to be reported to us so that we can resolve them with the supplier.
We have not received any communication from you and i have sent an email after receiving your feedback 10 days ago which was also not replied to.
If you can respond to my email regarding resolving your issue then we can help you as much as possible.
Usually this curtain pole set has no issues so your curtain pole set could have been from a bad batch (wooden curtain poles differ in each batch as they are made from natural materials)
We can also communicate with the supplier if you have any specific technical issues so you won't have to keep any unsatisfactory items.
