Ordered sea salt dress in regular…
Ordered sea salt dress in regular length, but received longer length option. Contacted customer service as I was not happy to pay for return postage for mistake that was not mine. I was asked to send photo of issue with dress. As the label was blacked out, I didn’t see how photo could show what length the dress was. Explained this in return email. Decided to return item at my own expense and never to order anything from this company again. Received email with link to print paid returns label, which is what should have happened when I first emailed. By this time I had lost will to live and had returned at my own expense. Dress also had unpleasant smell, but would have washed had it been correct size that I ordered.

we are sorry to read your review. We tried really hard to resolve the problem, asking for a photo at the beginning is standard practice and was not meant to cause offence however you took it badly and we were not able to turn this around as you had taken maor objection to being asked to send a photo.
We offered a postage paid collection and a replacement but nothing would now help change your mind about the situation. We always want to give excellent customer service which is why sometimes a photo can help us to resolve things quicker or smoother.
We're not sure about the item having a smell as we've not received it back yet, however, we've sold 100's of this style and not had this feedback before and have also checked the stock in our warehouse and it is all 100% perfect. We operate from a modern and heated warehouse facility so we are unsure of the validity of this comment. (until we receive the garment).
Finally, we do apologise again for any inconvenience.

Absolute poor, ordered true religion joggers in a M got a L, the label looked liked it was stitched on and then written by pen the size M, while the L label was just under I, futher more the quality was so poor almost definitely fake, I would be careful before you buy becuase your return is charged to you. Not good at all. Stay away.

We're sorry to read your review and very concerned. We have looked at the garments you were supplied. The labelling had been hand written and this was because the original size label had been removed from the factory when sold. We sometimes do buy ends of lines from factories which is why we are able to sell garments at substantial discounts to the original high street price. Many customers weigh up the price versus the need to have an inside label and are more than happy to offset the price for this.
We have also checked the sizing against the size chart and our other stocks and it does appear to be correct.
Finally we 100% dispute any accusation of selling fake or counterfeit goods. It is illegal and we work hard to buy and sell only genuine goods, we are not prepared to risk having any counterfeit goods in our stocks to make a quick pound when our reputation has been hard earned over many years for supplying genuine quality branded products.

Very nice dress from Seasalt but had to have the length altered as it seemed uneven at the sides and I am quite short. It also smelt funny so washed it and it is fine now.

Quality brands outlet are excellent
Quality brands outlet were excellent. Their communication, dispatch times and packaging were all perfect. I had an issue with one of the items and they sent a replacement next day and were extremely apologetic.
