International buyers be aware! Like other reviews below, I still haven't received my order after 10 days and I cannot even track my order. Horrible experience! Find other places who uses trustworthy and fast courier like DHL.

Once again, we sincerely apologize for the fact your original order was delayed by two weeks and as we tried to explain to you we experienced severe set backs due to a Strike Action performed by our primary shipping partner Royal Mail!
Just to let you know we also offer Express Postage to all our international clients and we regularly use it as well. Unfortunately, on this occasion we shipped your order with Royal Mail International Tracked service as this was the option you selected at the checkout. However, as a result of the Strike Action, your order was held at the Royal Mail International Dispatch facility for nearly two weeks before it finally progressed further to your destination country.
We realize that as a seller it is our responsibility to make sure your order is delivered and for this reason we offered you a replacement package straight after we got a notification from you that all was not right with the original parcel.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience caused as well as for wasting your time and we will use this experience to make sure if in future any of our shipping partners are affected there are viable alternatives to be used.

Thank you very much for your honest review! We are so sorry for the fact your order arrived nearly a week later than expected as well as for the fact you encountered a brief tracking error. As we mentioned during our conversation with you, we experienced a severe setback due to the fact that our primary delivery courier, Royal Mail had several strike actions during the past two months.
The reason you could not temporarily track your order was because the parcel had been collected from our premises but stayed idle for nearly 4 days at the Royal Mail's Distribution center due to the fact the strike action was on.
As we pointed out, we shipped a replacement parcel as soon as we became aware your order was affected as well as issued a full refund. We tried to contact you several more times to follow up with you on this case but unfortunately got no reply back.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for this whole situation and as we explained several times we took a number of actions to set up an alternative delivery options if more strikes are coming from Royal Mail in a near distant future.

Extreme delays
I need to give free treatment for clients worth 220£ because I haven’t received my product even after 6 days of my order..
and i didn’t even receive refund from them.. keep giving me excuses..
I don’t know what problem they facing but for me they deduct money form my account in 2 seconds that time everything was fine..
and after that everything gone wrong…
