I hardly understood why I requested your services. Your service offer is very unclear. I turned out to rather contact my institution—not one but many. I thought that was the work of your organization. I raised this concern, but I had no response. I am still asking what you did!!! No wonder my colleagues later told me they would not have advised me of your service, but it was too late. This was a waste of my hard-earned money, but I see it as a CHARITY.

I expected to receive a verification letter stamped by HEDD to send it to third party instead of sharing option, and actually they said to me this by email before submitting my application, once i submitted it, i did not receive that letter and the only option was the sharing one.

My results were verified within 24 hours, if not less. I genuinely did not expect that.

I would give zero stars if I could. This company promised to verify my qualifications within a specific timeframe, and not only have they failed to deliver, but they are also completely ignoring my attempts to reach them. I have sent multiple emails and even tried calling, but they won’t respond. It’s been weeks, and I am still waiting for the service I paid for. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund, even though they haven't completed what was promised. This is beyond unprofessional and a waste of money. I will never trust this company again and strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs.
