Unethical Business Practices and Policies
Unfortunately, I have to leave a negative review for this company. I mistakenly signed up for an annual membership, believing I was purchasing a monthly subscription. I only needed the service for a short-term college project to raise donations for shelter animals—one or two months at most.
As soon as I realized I’d been charged for a full year, I immediately requested a cancellation and refund, explaining the situation. Despite this, customer service refused to provide any assistance or refund, even though I had not used the service and acted quickly to correct my mistake.
I have never dealt with a company so unwilling to show understanding or flexibility in such a reasonable situation. It’s deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, reflects unethical business practices. I would strongly caution others to be very careful before signing up.

This service is a scam - heed the warning of the other 1 star reviews. Seems like most of thd postivie reviews are bots. Youre better off using a free service like canva.
Hoping I wont have to take legal action. Avoid using this service if you dont want to throw away $30 a month. I cant even access whatever account is associated with it...so unprofessional.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. I paid the initial $1.99 for my qr code and it expired 2 weeks later, so anything I had printed no longer was able to be linked
After the 2 weeks they charge you $30/ month to use their service. I am Canadian so the charge was $43/ month.
I connected with their customer service team in April and they advised they will refund me the money, and cancel my membership. Went into my account yesterday and noticed that they continued to charge me $30/ month from May - Aug.
Further to this, I am almost certain they have hacked my emails. When I called to complain they said the email I gave them is not in their system, instead they have 2 other emails signed up for this qr generator service that I know I didn't use. Both emails are family emails. Needless to say they refuse to acknowledge that they are in the wrong and will only refund me $30 ... so now I'm out $260 canadian! Do not sign up for this service they will scam you.
You can get free qr codes through canva. Do your research
