I ordered 4 tens devices the 4 is not working at all

got my order wrong should have received 3 items got 1 have email ther support unit several times no reply luckily paid with paypal so can stop payment but terrible service

When I received my first order the logo was upside down. When I requested a replacement I got an automated reply saying my request would be sent to the “concern” department. After a few days of no reply I Sent a second request asked how long it would take to process my concern. I did receive a reply the same day and received my replacement hoodie in the mail approximately 2 weeks later. I would have been more than happy to give a better review but I have now realized that they sent me a medium instead of my originally requested small. I sent another message to “concern department“ and never got a reply. My replacement is now too big for my daughter and she will now have to wait to be able to wear it. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Paid for express shipping which was 7-14 days and now it has gone 20 days this site is scam

Recieved a fake product that didn't even look like the one in the picture.

Cancelled an order at beginning of Nov still no sign of my refund, emails bounce back and phone number provided doesn't exist...TOTAL SCAM BEWARE!!!!

Very pleased with product-talk a while to get to me however am on otherside of the world so to be expected. I would buy from this company again thank you

Do not buy.
They'd have a genuine product display on their website but sends you cheap Chinese product. I've wasted my AUD50$$, no sign of receiving refund. I couldn't write a review on their website, made me realise all those reviews on the websites are fake too.
SCAM! Do not waste your money.

Great company to do business with, item was packaged very good, and description of the purchase was spot on , thank you for having my delivery come on the time you said.
