QIBLATAIN
GHULAM MUSTAFA AMAZING PERSON
⸻

I recently travelled to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, and I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. I booked a reasonably priced package, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.
The prices were very affordable, especially for everything that was included. The package covered flights and excursions where we were able to learn about the history of the Prophet (peace be upon him), which made the whole journey even more meaningful and educational.
Communication throughout was excellent. We were kept fully up to date with all the details before and during the trip, and any questions we had were answered quickly and clearly. Everything was well organised, which made the experience completely stress-free.
A special thank you to Mr. Mustafa, who was an amazing person and helped us with everything from start to finish. He was always available, supportive, and genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and looked after.

*Alhamdulillah* , I am sincerely thankful to Qiblatain Travel, especially *Mr. Ghulam Mustafa* , for arranging our Umrah visa and transport smoothly and efficiently. Everything was clearly communicated and handled with care and professionalism.

I highly recommend Qiblatain Travel and Mr. Ghulam Mustafa to anyone seeking a reliable and sincere Umrah service.

*May Allah ﷻ reward them and accept their efforts. Ameen. 🤲*

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Qiblatain Travel, especially *Mr. GHULAM MUSTAFA* , for arranging such a wonderful and worry-free Umrah experience for us. From the very first step, everything was communicated clearly, and all arrangements were managed with great professionalism and care.

By the grace of Allah, our Umrah was completed smoothly and with complete peace of mind. The transportation was reliable and punctual, the hotels were comfortable and conveniently located, and every service was delivered exactly as promised.

What truly stood out was the honesty, commitment, and constant support throughout the entire journey. Mr. Ghulam Mustafa was always available, extremely helpful, and genuinely concerned about our comfort, which made our experience even more special.

This sacred journey has left us with unforgettable memories, and we are truly thankful to Qiblatain Travel for their dedication and efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend Qiblatain Travel and Mr. Ghulam Mustafa to anyone seeking a trustworthy, dependable, and sincere Umrah service

Qiblatain handled my umrah package efficiently, with constant communication, flights, hotel, visa and transfers for all under £700! They even helped me find someone to travel with.

This review is for anyone looking to make their Umrah journey smooth and stress-free.

I recently planned my Umrah through Qiblatain Travels with Brother Zubair, who managed my arrangements throughout the entire journey. What truly stood out was his responsiveness and sincerity — he genuinely cares about helping , not just making bookings. He made the entire process very smooth and completely stress-free.

I would highly recommend Brother Zubair to anyone looking for a trustworthy and dedicated travel agent.

Very much satisfied and appreciate to serve customer very honesty.

Although I did not go ahead with the Umra package because my passport was due to expire! The services I received from GHULAM MUSTAFA was great in terms of clarity and choices ! Aswell as trying his best to meet my needs and my budget.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Makkah and Madinah . The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was well organized, including the transportation, which made the trip smooth and easy. I would especially like to thank Ayesha Sadiqa for her kindness, support, and great assistance throughout my stay thank you Qiblatain UK. Highly recommended!

I booked this umrah package 3 months prior to our pilgrimage agreed hotels & so forth BUT 7 days to my departure I was informed that they could not commit to the hotel in medina which I agreed to initially and left me with 2 options and I was given a 1 star hotel with hardly any warm running water it was in very appalling condition the service was horrendous I would wait hours for towels etc.BE ADVISED what ratings are on GOOGLE are not ACCURATE the STAR ratings are on all hotels outside the buildings most agents would truly no this prior to sending you there.
On the PLUS side the hotel in Mecca was perfect & the service was excellent the staff were great and transportation was perfect

This company I used I must say the service was the best and especially Ayesha who sorted my umrah package out as I wanted and she spoon fed me throughout my blessed journey.
Now I’m going back to her for my second trip with her for July and I recommend to use here I’m Haji Nusrst from London.

If you want the best service with a very good price contact Ayesha

Last minute booking with Qiblatain's very own Noor Ayeesha and i must say she went above and beyond to provide me with an excellent deal for such short notice.

Definitely recommend Qiblatain, absolute quality.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to this travel agency, especially Mr. Asif Khalil, for taking such great care of our Umrah journey. Our package was arranged on an Afghan passport, and honestly, we were a bit worried at first, but every step was handled with such professionalism and care that all our concerns disappeared.

Alhamdulillah, our Umrah was completed in a very peaceful and memorable way. From transportation to hotels, everything was perfectly organized and always on time. We felt supported and guided throughout the entire journey, which gave us great peace of mind.

Asif Khalil was always available, kind, and extremely helpful. His dedication and sincerity truly made a difference. Because of his efforts, our Umrah experience became not just easy, but truly special and stress-free.

I am deeply thankful for this service and would wholeheartedly recommend Asif Khalil and his travel agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable Umrah experience.

Brothers extremely helpful and generous and appreciate that this may be a once in a time opportunity for many, and accommodate to their best of ability. Gullam Mustafa was very professional and made me trust him. I was very scared that it might be a scam. But the more we spoke I started to relax. It seemed that I knew him for a long time. I asked him a lot of questions he answered them.
However I didn’t take the umrah package out with them as it wasn’t the right package for me.

Mashallah Gulam Mustafa did Organise from start to finish our Umrah visit to Saudi Arabia. Organising our airplane boarding passes to hotels and all transportation between Airports, Makkah,Madinah and hotels. Gulam Mustafa and Qiblatain Company were always asking if we needed anything and how was our Umrah going. They made sure we have arrived safely to all our destinations up to back to our home in UK.
We really appreciate your support, help, consideration and kindness. Thank you all……

Asif advised me before booking , I had some doubts about them because normally after sale service is not always good but when arrived, To my surprise, every time we reached out, our messages were answered within minutes, whether it was day or night. They delivered everything exactly as promised, including the flights, hotel bookings. Every part of the package was properly organised and met the standards that were promised to us.
