Py-Luxury Arvostelua 

Py-Luxury earned my trust. I made an over 1100$ purchase. The watch lasted 6 months and the crown on the face dial fell off. Still under warranty and the man has done nothing to remedy the situation. I contacted him numerous times. He responds but with no honest effort to do anything at all. All I have to say is the watch is not wearable. The crown is floating around between the watch and the cosmograph dial. He said he would get me a new face and I would get it fixed in the states. He hasn't even done that much. Trust me you do not want to buy anything from Py-Luxury! Once he makes the sale it's over! Very dissatisfied! I gave him many messages and opportunity to do something and he just blows it off. His last comment was, "I'm just a jeweler " and has never responded since! So all I can say, is do not spend your money with Py-Luxury! Thanks!

I purchased a Panerai Submersible Quarantaquattro Bianco PAM1226 White Dial Blue Rubber Strap Replica 1:1 VSF 44mm × 1 with the box and papers in February of this year. Initially I was very impressed. Shipping was reasonable, didn't take forever to arrive. The watch was quite nice indeed. The box came complete with the tool and an extra strap (for use with the folding deployment buckle). I wore the watch out to dinner a few times and to a family function. Looked great until I notices that one of the bezel markers had fallen off. I reached out to PY several times beginning on the 22nd of May, and no response whatsoever. No customer service at all. If this was one of those crummy replicas that you can get on etsy for 200 bucks, I would just let it go, but I purchased a watch from PY Luxury who is said to use the best factories to create their 1:1 replicas. I am hoping that PY gets back to me but 10 days and 3 emails asking for help, I doubt it. If this changes and they do reach out I will certainly update this review. But, certainly beware purchasing a watch from Py.

Follow up, PY just responded to my email, apologized for the delayed reply. They have offered to get me a replacement bezel. However the watch is currently out of stock, so they could not guarantee when it would deliver. They also offered me a discount on a new order. So, promising feedback. Upgrading from a 2 star to a 3 star.

Great communication and fast shipping. The only downside is I placed my order the day before the Chinese New Year so it took a little longer to receive my order than usual. 10 out of 10, will be purchasing again! I've had my watch for a month now and am extremely satisfied!

They identify the best manufacturing facilities for your watch and ensure that the quality of what you receive is nothing but the best. I must say that I am very impressed with what I received. All my messages were answered within a day. I received my package within 7-10 days after ordering.

The watch quality is terrific. Absolutely beautiful watches. I have made 4 purchases and will make more.

After sales service was terrible. The watch lost its rotor and there was no help just a suggestion to but some screwdrivers and do it myself.

The watch in question is a Richard Mille replica. There is no such qualified person. Richard Mille uses proprietary screws which non-Mille watchmakers do not carry.

I note I didn't expect immediate attention but did expect some assistance given the watch was in my possession for a month before it broke.

The watch has also completely stopped working. I guess it's a warning to all to remember that ultimately these are fake watches that breach copyright and so one can't expect anything good.

They sent me the watch, and it immediately had issues and now is not working at all.
I have attempted to contact them 4 times with no response what so ever.
