I have ordered several yardage books from this site, every one of them have been spot on with yardages. I have only found a handful of missing bunkers which were probably course updates after you had a satellite picture of the course. Keep up the great work and I am for sure ordering more yardage books!

Had ordered a book for a local Wisconsin country club. when searching for it, I had found others around it so figured it must have been the right place. Long story short it wasn't. Wasted $50 with no returns, and no response on emails, I won't be back

Habe ein Book mit Grüninformationen bestellt. Kosten mit Versand 70€ habe ein Book ohne Grüninformationen bekommen im Wert von 35€ bekommen. Auf meine Reklamation per Email ist nicht reagiert worden.

Mittlerweile wurde mir der Betrag incl. Porto zurück erstattet, obwohl ich das gar nicht wollte. Ich wollte das richtige Book nachgeliefert haben, aber darauf ist man gar nicht eingegangen. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die überhaupt Books mit Grüninformationen haben.

Wir haben mehrere Birdiebooks bei PuttView bestellt.
Nur eine Lieferung war einwandfrei. Bei allen anderen gab es Probleme. Entweder war die Ware im Internet falsch deklariert oder es kam das falsche Book oder die Ware kam nach der zugesicherten Lieferzeit und damit nach dem Turnier. Wenn wir uns an den Customer Support gewandt haben, kam meist gar keine Antwort. Wenn dann doch reagiert wurde, kam wieder ein falscher Artikel. Ich habe sogar mit der deutschen Schwesterorganisation telefoniert. Aber auch dort konnte man mit nicht helfen.
Schade, die Books sind zwar maßlos überteuert, aber sie sind gut. Nur leider ist die dahinterstehende "Organisation" katastrophal.
Ich kann nur davon abraten, bei puttviewbooks.com zu bestellen.

2. Versuch ein Birdiebook zu bestellen ist ebenfalls in die Hose gegangen. Lieferung vom Birdiebook nur Tee 1 bis 9. Lieferung reklamiert, erneuter Versand durch Puttview. Heute ist wieder ein Birdiebook nur mit Tee 1 bis 9 angekommen. Wieder reklamiert und dieses Mal um Erstattung des Kaufpreises gebeten. Kommentarlos wurde nun erneut ein Birdiebook versandt ohne auf meinen Erstattungswunsch einzugehen.
Da die Lieferung immer wieder aus den USA kommt, macht es zeitlich bald keinen Sinn mehr.
Definitiv werde ich hier nichts mehr bestellen.

Ergänzung 18.08.25: Immerhin haben wir jetzt doch endlich unser Geld erstattet bekommen.

Have to say the quality of the book is inferior for the price. I have had loads of course planners, and all are better put together than this
I would have expected it to be ring-bound instead of 2 staples. can't see it lasting long. Currently looking for a way to make it stronger

Great yardage book for my home course in Scotland, great detail of the greens. definitely worth it to help lower your score and handicap. great value for money.

I ordered Puttview book for each of my home courses, believing it would give me green information. Nowadays no one needs a yardage book as there are enough GPS devices giving all necessary information.
Not being familiar with the site, I didn’t realise there were different options to choose from as only one option was available for my courses. The description mentions green information.
Having said that, I sent emails and communicated via the online chat at least 5 times and I haven’t even received an acknowledgment of my communications. This is very poor customer service.
