It's my first time using Purple Panda. The website user experience is excellent & the prices are competitive.

The package went from "order confirmed" to "delivery confirmed" without the multiple "stages" emails you get from other office supplies companies.

The package arrived in a strong cardboard box. The contents were wrapped with care & protective wrap. This should be a given but it made me really enjoy being a Purple Panda customer.

12/10 would shop again.

I got my order a week after I ordered it which wasn’t great but now it’s here I’m delighted plus got a free freebies thrown in too.

Paper got lost upon delivery. We were told paper is much cheaper than viking but noticed the quality is much less.

Easy website to navigate and fast, efficient service

Unfortunately part of my order was wrong, and when a replacement was sent (which was prompt) the replacement was the same item as the wrong one I received in the first place. So now I have 2 boxes of items I don’t need and short 1 box I do need. No response from customer service to this issue.

We were in a pinch today for a particular product so we called Purple Panda. The call was answered very quickly and Diann was able to check stock and make and order for us promptly to save the day and all at a very competitive price too!
