Really responsive service and I appreciated getting an online meeting beforehand to discuss my requirements.
I like the fact that if I ask a question or raise anything via email it will be responded to in a timely manner which has not been my experience with other providers.

They found me a trainer who fits my requirements very well.

Good assessment and has pitched the training at the right level for me to make a steady improvement

I'm really enjoying my experience with P4L, from the initial introductory call with Keanu through to starting my PT sessions with Lee it has been a seamless process. With the chaos of work life balance, being a working Mum, time and motivation are things I don't have a lot of. Setting my goals and being able to spend 2 hours a week dedicated to reaching them has been a breath of fresh air. Lee has really taken on board what I would like to achieve in order to follow a fun, flexible fitness regime / healthy lifestyle that is achievable with noticeable results 7 weeks in and counting.

I turned to P4L to help me get back into strength work after injury and laziness! I was paired with Sebastian and he was able to spot my imbalances right away and focus on those for my 2 months as well as a little pad work which I really enjoyed and needed. I think if I was to continue past 2 months, I would like to see more variety in the types of workouts.

I really like my trainer Dimitri, he’s so kind and encouraging.

I really hate exercise - it always makes me feel so tired and dizzy, I live with chronic and severe pain and vertigo.

I have never felt worse after a session with Dimitri, instead, I feel happy. He always makes me feel able to do the exercises and gives me plenty of rest breaks.

During the booking process I never felt rushed. Keanu was super accommodating and helpful.

I’ve never encountered “exercise” like this. Disabled people often don’t seek out exercise/ personal trainers because of shame or shyness, this was my experience, it took me months to pluck up the courage to contact Purify4Life but I’m so glad I did. Thank you both for your help on my journey.

Great trainer, really matched well. Really flexible and value for money

I've been using my Purify4Life trainer for 2 months now - the longest I've ever used a trainer! - and am loving it. I can see the results and trust that she's looking out for me and my goals.

I've been with Purify4Life for a month. My trainer, Sonia is great. She makes useful suggestions. I feel so much better now and I am losing weight . Before I was not motivated to exercise. Its great that the trainer can come to my home.

Our whole experience with Purify4life has been so good . From the start Keanu was very understanding and compassionate about our needs for starting exercise for the first time ( for myself and my friend who are a bit older than the average I am sure who as for a prepositional trainer ) . And our trainer Nadia is brilliant . She is so encouraging and challenging as well as very careful . Thank you both Anna

Upon meeting Keanu I knew I would be in good hands. He listened to my requirements, and matched me up perfectly with my trainer Rion. The couple of months Rion has been training me have been great. Each session is well planned and is a good challenge. I'm looking forward to continuing my progress!

My boyfriend and I have been training in the park with Kadeem for three months. He is an excellent PT. He had made us both feel really comfortable and pushed us hard! He always bring different equipment to keep the exercises challenging and interesting. Would definitely recommend Kadeem and the purify team.

I found Purify online. The initial assessment was very easy to arrange, Keanu was very professional and helped to identify the best trainer to help me achieve my goals.
I'm still in the early stages but my PT Dmitris has been brilliant so far. He's provided material to assist with my diet and exercises to perform at home. The training sessions have been excellent (hard but that's the point!).
I would definitely recommend Purify to anyone looking for a PT.
