I bought a pair of Persian Rugs because my sister recommended it, surprisingly arrived next day, had a bit of creasing first days I emailed them asked about it, they told me it was because of the shipping which was true and it got fixed after 2 days. The rug was better than the picture and made my cottage lovely and cozy! Recommended for sure...

Creasing is normal for handmade rugs as they are natural wools and they go away in 24 hours normally.
