**We used to actively use Trustpilot and encourage our customers to review us on it. We have now moved to Feefo. Customers can still write reviews here, but this is not as reflective of our customer experience as Feefo is the active review site we use which sees each customer we have being directly contacted and asked to review their experience with us** . We are an online retailer of pens, pencils, notebooks, inks, refills and accessories. We have been selling stationery online since 2004 and have been quite knowledgable in what we do... some might even say pen experts! We can offer engraving, fountain pen nib customisation and servicing. We are also are one of only a handful of worldwide retailers of Noodler's Ink and TWSBI pens and are real specialists in Pelikan pens.

Lovely company

Great company, bought several pens from them before and never had any issues with shipping. With some orders I have also received either an ink sample or a pack of sweets, which is the most adorable extra touch.

Great service

Great assortment, good prices and first class service. My orders have arrived carefully packaged and often earlier than expected. Happy customer.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Great prices, prompt email responses and very fast delivery. Who could ask for anything more? I will definitely be returning to Pure Pens.

Impecable service

Impecable service! I've always had a response to email within minutes, my orders have been dispatched very quickly and always arrived next day and when I had a problem getting my pen to work well, it was no hassle for Ross to take a look and provide me with a new part. Can't recommend them enough!

Great service and prices

Ordered 27 Tombow brush pens on 24.03.19 and they arrived on 26.03.19 - well packaged, speedy shipping, and good value. Will definitely order from Pure Pens again in future!
