**We used to actively use Trustpilot and encourage our customers to review us on it. We have now moved to Feefo. Customers can still write reviews here, but this is not as reflective of our customer experience as Feefo is the active review site we use which sees each customer we have being directly contacted and asked to review their experience with us** . We are an online retailer of pens, pencils, notebooks, inks, refills and accessories. We have been selling stationery online since 2004 and have been quite knowledgable in what we do... some might even say pen experts! We can offer engraving, fountain pen nib customisation and servicing. We are also are one of only a handful of worldwide retailers of Noodler's Ink and TWSBI pens and are real specialists in Pelikan pens.

Great service

Prices seemed comparable with anywhere else I looked but the service...WOW!!!

Ordered Thursday, arrived at my address in Shetland by Saturday lunchtime. Outstanding.

Good pens from good seller.

The pens I purchased are two fountain pens with flexi nibs.They arrived within a few days after I placed the order and the packing is good. Thank you Pure Pens and I am very happy to recommend you without reservation.

Good service

This was my first purchase from pure pens, a fountain pen. The pen was dispatched very quickly and was well packaged. There were no instructions with the pen but I am familiar with fountain pens and the internet helped. There was an odd compliments slip enclosed with the pen.

In summary the transaction and service was very good and I hope to purchase some inks in the future.
