This purely nutrients is Rubbish is not working for my health.
I tried to cancel it last month and they still take money out of my account. This month they just continue to put order on my account. I been emailing them to stop my subscription as I do not want anymore and yet they still continue.
It is all a lie. I had been taking it for a month and doesn't make any difference to my health.
CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT ANYMORE.

I continue to get congratulations emails and a charge on my Amex yet I have used your connect and asked to cancel subscription and responded to email to cancel subscription yet have had no response and remain unable to confidently know you have cancelled my subscription so my next step will have to be cancel my Am ex and get a new card and turn you over to BBB as a poor business

I just had 115.00 removed from my bank by this company. This was NOT authorized NOR did I subscribe. This is NOT ok . I ordered to try, I did not subscribe.

Overpriced went for a one off trail and they have taken 4 payments from my account ..

The company has deducted money from my account without asking, for an order I did not place, has made it close to impossible to cancell a subscription that I did not subscribe to, mentioning a 20 day delay from my initial order, which had passed but the company still refused to cancel the unsolicited order. Not to be trusted.

Feels more concentrated than the cheap black seed oil I got off Amazon.

The product doesn't seem to work and what is even worse is the keep sending and charging me for 3 bottles every month and charging my account. I did not ask for repeat orders and it makes no sense to send me 3 months supply every month unless it is a scam. I have several times tried to cancel without success so far.

Hi , please avoid this company , they con you . I purchased a 1 off bottle of there product and they have continued to take money from my account . I have emailed them and I eventually got a reply to say I had subscribed. Which didn't . I told them to cancel any orders or subscriptions and they wouldn't ! Now not answering emails and there cancellations section on there website doesn't work ! I will be raising a fraudulent transaction with my bank today ! Avoid very bad company

I have cancelled this twice via email, the first email they said I can only cancel after 20 days. I tried to cancel on day 20 and they said that they have sent the stock. I then requested that they cancel all future recurring orders. A second amount was then deducted two weeks later. I have had to block my card. Fraud.

UPDATE- how can I contact you directly when all the emails I sent (7) bouncing back to me, stating your inbox is full

My husband placed an order, and we later discovered that a monthly subscription had been applied during checkout without any clear or informed consent. There was no obvious indication that we were signing up for ongoing charges.

When we tried to contact them to cancel, our emails kept bouncing back saying the recipient’s inbox was full. There is no phone number or alternative way to reach them, which makes the situation even more frustrating.

To make matters worse, their system forces you to wait 20 days before you can even attempt to cancel the subscription. This feels deliberately designed to prevent customers from stopping recurring charges.

Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. The process appears misleading and unfair, and others should be aware before making a purchase.

It's a scam! I didn't mean to subscribe and autopay but they kinda trap you into it, when I emailed to cancel the subscription they make it impossible and then suddenly you can't email them anymore, because their "mailbox is full". Load of nonsense and highly unprofessional. I will contact my bank to block these payments.

Do not buy this product!! Another scam! I wanted to try this product with a one off payment. But now they have sent another batch and charged me more than before, over £60 for a product i am not impressed with at all! When i click on the high lighted cancellation sign, a box pops up saying cancellation not available!!!!!! Seriously!!!
Please Stop now before you charge me again!!!!

I ordered a product online, and at no stage did I sign up for anything other than that single purchase. Despite this, they decided it was acceptable to sign me up for a monthly reorder subscription.

The first time it happened, I gave them the benefit of the doubt — mistakes can happen. However, this has now occurred four times. Each time, I receive the same ridiculous response claiming that I selected an option during my original order to enable this subscription.

I did not create an account on their website — I checked out as a guest. I therefore have no way to log in, unsubscribe, or untick any supposed option. I have contacted them four separate times requesting that this be stopped, yet it continues.

Be very careful. I would not recommend this company. In my opinion, this feels extremely misleading and unacceptable.

As for the product, its not even worth talking about. don't waste your money.

Click bait advertising apart, they signed me up to an auto renewal. Emails to them bounce. I have zero confidence that regular escalation will help. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Update: Upon posting this, they reply here that they have cancelled and sent me an email. They have not. This is the most fraudulent company I have come across in a long time. STAY MILES AWAY!!!! NOT TRUST WORTHY AT ALL.

I got signed up for recurring when not authorized
I got signed up somehow for a recurring order which I always specifically avoid until I try something, so if somehow they did it legally, then it was SUPER hidden. I also emailed three different times both from the site and an individual email to cancel and no response. One part of the site says a 30 day moneyback and on another area, it says 90, so I don't trust this company.

I was charged 108,90 for a repeat order I didn't ask for. E-mails I sent were returned: the mailbox was full. I couldn't cancel anything via the website, because this functionality does not work.

I have not gotten any results and attempted to cancel subscription before it came through but I wasn't able to do so on the website. i now got charged and was able to locate your website again and sent an email. I need to cancel shipping and subscription please as soon as possible.

echoing the other 1 star reviews due to being set up for auto pay on non authorized orders beside the first one which arrived much later than they claim. blocked them from further charges through my bank after emailing them to cancel and refund but they don’t respond and their phone number doesn’t work.

This company are scammers. The product is questionable, if taste and smell is anything to go by. The scam is when, on check out, you are automatically put onto a monthly order, which I certainly did not agree to and I note that there are others with the same experience. I have reached out to them and am now on the 6th email after asking them to cancel any further orders and looks like I will need to cancel payments through my bank.

Put me on auto subscriptions even though I had constantly emailed them to stop and has happens to other people as well. Guy make sure to check your bank if they put you on automatic subscriptions- they will lie and say there is a 20 day cool off period and that you have to email their customer support to cancel it. And once you do cancel it with them they will charge you anyways! So cancel via your bank. I’ve had to call my bank and it’s been a headache to refund it.

Stay well clear of this company, i was only buying one item yet they roped me into a subscription, then after trying to cancel they said i could not before 20 days from buying, well it was 35 days that i had tried to cancel, then they asked why i wanted to cancel, then they asked if i wanted to pause for a while. Luckily I put a stop in the bank as they kept trying to take money from my account. Don't go any where near this company.

Took some for about a week my buddy had 12 bottles. Never had abdominal distention and tenderness quite like this. Stomach felt very bloated and tender to even touch it . My 8 lb cat hurt when he ran across my stomach. Dont buy . Buyer beware. Im a retired RN
