Delivery was very quick only been taking this for a few days unable to see any difference at this time

Quick delivery and a great product I’ve used for a couple of years now

I have just started taking this so unable to give my opinion as yet. However, packing good and delivery time very quick.

Finally a collagen product that addresses the health issues of post menopausal women! I worry about osteopenia/porosis and the Fortibone in Pura’s Balance has some research behind it. It also tastes good, which makes it easier to take.

The product arrived within a few days, wrapped protectively.

This collagen is a game changer. Give it 2 or 3 weeks and I promise you, you will see and feel a difference..

Pura+ Collagen is fantastic product and has transformed my Achilles tendon long standing problem. I am now pain free and able to enjoy running and other high impact exercises again. Highly recommend giving this a try as it has proved more beneficial than physio treatments and a host of other methods and supplements I have tried.

Not good- despite promises PURA keep sending this parcel to the wrong post code! In despair !

Had read some good reviews for this product, so decided to try it. While it's too early to say if it has any effect. I was pleased how quickly the items were dispatched, & delivered. It was all intact and packaged well. I ordered from pura itself. Even though it's available elsewhere. The product itself has no strange taste or smell, easy to take mixed in water or squash.
I have no complaints and would order from them again.

The order was received on the specified date and time frame. Good product.

I never write reviews but I've been trying to contact them for a month with no response at all!.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
They don't answer emails, they don't have a contact number or customer service web chat.
Disgraceful, they're happy to take your money though!
I'll be taking my complaint further.

Was extremely disappointed to receive my first order which was opened and the powders was spilled every where, when I sent a complaint with photos I never received a response back.
Such bad customer service experience and left with no products which I have paid for !

The first time I dealt with Pura - I found their customer service excellent. They made a mistake with my order, tried to rectify it, there was an issue with shipping and they made good. The next time I ordered my shipment got lost in the post (should also review Royal Mail :-/). I have had to register a complaint with PayPal as I am getting zero response from Pura. The product, unfortunately for me, is excellent. I will not deal with Pura again.

Have a wonderful texture and you wouldn't feel the taste of it or the smell. I found the result quickly in the second week of using

Since taking the Pura Collagen my skin has had a breakout in spots ! I never had spots , now it’s awful ! Tried to message them on Instagram with no response!
