Shipping times were a few days later than expected, but overall the quality of the toys have held up well after 6 months of play from my doggos.

Really good quality and is a favourite shop of mine for new and interesting dog toys !!

My dogs loved the bouncing pig toy !! Amazing quality and fast shipping so would definitely recommend !!

Ordered goods at the beginning of February, sent an email on the 3rd of March seeking an ETA. They responded the next day saying they were checking with a logistics company for an update. After this they went completely silent and did not respond to any email (I have sent 3 further emails requesting a refund). There is no phone number and no ABN to report these people. They are a scam and should be shut down.

Hopeless.... I've been waiting for my order since October, there were issues with the delivery service which I appreciate wasn't 100% the company's fault but the service since then has been terrible. I've had to chase multiple times for a refund, gone completely silent since December...

The products are worthless, they die within a few minutes, and the company refuses to return or exchange. They do not stand by their product and it is poor product.

Am făcut o comanda, am primit email de la ei cu detaliile comenzii cum ca a fost inregistrata, am așteptat câteva săptămâni și apoi i-am întrebat de ce nu am primit comanda, mi-au spus ca ei nu primit nimic de la mine ( deși eu le-am dat replay la emailul primit de la ei) și sa le trimit dovada plății, i-am rugat sa verifice ei deoarece eu mi-am schimbat recent telefonul și nu am momentan acces la aplicațiile băncii, iar în emailul inițial cu detaliile scrie clar "Metoda de Plata: credit card". Mi-au răspuns foarte arogant ca ei nu au vreo comanda de la mine si dacă nu ai dovada plății " sa consider ca nu am efectuat comanda".. pe mesenger aceasi atitudine "nu aveți vreo comanda, o zi buna", eu le explicam ca am acel email care dovedește ca am o comanda inregistrata iar ei imi răspundeam cu sa ne trimiteți dovada o zi buna. Toate mesajele au fost cu o zi buna, ca și cum nu am nimic de spus, nu mi se pare o atitudine potrivita, dechisa in a ajuta clientul.

I never received my order. It has been over a month and the tracking number shows the package going back and forth between LA and San Francisco multiple times. Customer service is terrible, they refuse to admit there is an issue. I will have to dispute it with my credit card company. I wish I would have read the online reviews, as both the product and customer service reviews for the company are terrible.

This "company" resells cheap plastic children's toys from China as dog toys at an insane upmark. They then refuse return requests when confronted with this. I had to open a dispute through my cc company to deal with these scammers.

Bought the Puptex interactive crawling crab as advertised for dogs on there website. On the box, “ Warning not suitable for children under 3 years”Paid €25, crazy money. Such poor quality. No instructions provided. Music will give you a headache 🤕 I had to wait for 10 days to be shipped on buying from there website. Would not recommend. Cheaper to buy on Amazon and free shipping.

I purchased a toy on Puptex that I saw on social media. I was very excited to give it to my dog however when it was arrived, it was clearly marked as a children's toy not a dog toy. The box said the toy has "electric induction" and the warnings were all for children. The material was also not safe for a dog.

I immediately emailed Puptex upon opening the toy and seeing it was not in fact a dog toy, and they responded within 24 hours letting me know I could exchange the toy for any other toy on their site.

I informed them of why I would like a refund and not an exchange, highlighting all of the pieces of the toy that clearly indicated I was misold. It's been 4 days since that email, I've followed up twice, and they have yet to respond.

I recommend you avoid this company at all costs.
