Very nice product design, on time delivery, good quality, but above all I was very pleased by the customer service - I once ordered by mistake a size bigger for a t-shirt, they were very prompt and helpfull in solving the issue!

I love shirts that tell a story….even a crazy one! Whenever I or my son wear our Pupiloves shirts everyone stops and comments and asks us where they can buy them!

So this is the first review I have ever been bothered to do as I was really blown away by the customer service/communication from this company. I ordered 4 t-shirts - the day I chased the order as suddenly worried whether the company was real (I saw their ad on Insta) the order was delivered. I was however not pleased with my choice of colour as it was a lot brighter than I saw in the picture and the sizes were bigger than I thought/is usual. I emailed to say I wanted to exchange them - an immediate reply stated 'of course just let us know what with'...I asked for the return address and was told 'don't worry to return them, give them as presents or to charity and as you have been so polite and chatty so on this occasion we'll send you your new order...I mean that does not happen in this world of everyone wanting and not giving back but they did and it really did leave me feeling that there are some good people/businesses out there. The new order arrived and they are perfect. Thank you so much Pupiloves and have a successful 2025.

I do not enjoy looking at my own computer screen to see a range of offensive language. If people think using fowl words is clever and funny, well good luck to them but I do not wish to be exposed thank you. Very immature.

I placed an order weeks ago and still have not received it! The response I received to my email was that the package was delivered yet they do not have my address or a tracking number! This company is a HUGE SCAM, do NOT order anything from them!!

Two weeks ago, I ordered three garments: a T-shirt and two sweaters made from 100% cotton. Today, I finally received my order, and what a disappointment. First, the L side I ordered can fit an 11-year-old kid, and the material wasn't cotton but synthetic. I can't believe I allow myself to be scammed this way.

The shirt came surprisingly fast, but it looks cheap and doesn't fit properly. The dimensions of the shirt itself are something I've never seen before -- basically square with a small neck opening. I will never wear it in public.

There was a printing error on one of the t shirts. l sent them a photo as proof and the customer service was excellent, apologetic and sent me a non faulty t shirt straight away. So i found them brilliant. T shirt nice and soft,

Is there anyway to contact these people made a purchase and have not received my order! I wish I would have read the reviews first before ordering! Facebook should vet their advertisers prior to letting them rip off members. If I ever receive my order and if it is correct I will change this review otherwise beware of Pupiloves!!

Came suprisingly fast, about 2 weeks, and shirt quality was ok. However, the print was not great and not even centred on the shirt, so much so that it's pretty much unwearable. First and last time

Received my order from Pupiloves , arrived in good time , quality garments !
Spoke to customer service about a size question ! Totally blown away how helpful and professional this company is ! AAAA+ 👍🏻

Scammers. They sell very poor quality, cheap replicas of the advertised products. Waste of time and money.

Il y'a eu quelques problèmes de livraisons mais on ne l'a jamais laissé tomber

I contacted Pupiloves as I was concerned about non arrival of item. I got a prompt response with updated tracking information and my item arrived the next day. Very good customer service. Item was good quality too.

Jeg købte denne t-shirt i linket herefter - da link ikke tillades af en eller anden besynderlig grund af Trustpilot - (Se evt. min tidligere anmeldelse af TP) - kan man desværre kun finde produktet ved at gå til firmaets hjemmeside, og fremsøge produktet "quints-shark-fishing-graphic-print".

Den leverede kvalitet svarer dog desværre ikke til det på billedet.

T-shirten er i 100% bomuld, men er ikke en let sommer-t-shirt i let forvasket stand med kvalitetstryk på.
Det er i stedet en forholdsvis kraftig og billig kvalitet, med et billigt kraftigt tryk på.

Dertil foregik træk på min kort ved betaling således, at jeg først blev trukket det korrekte beløb, hvorefter der ca 2 dage senere forsøgtes nok et træk - dette forsøg blev dog ved reservationen, og forsvandt senere uden et egentligt træk.

Summa sumarum: det sædvanlige kinesiske trick med at levere en (mærkbar) dårligere kvalitet end forventet ud fra billeder og beskrivelsen.

I am so tired of Facebook advertising for these sham Chinese companies. I love some of the designs but who knows if or what I'll actually get if I order. Anyone know of a reputable company that sells these designs?
