Je ne m achetais que des pompes pas chère qui tenais 6-9mois mais j ai craqué pour les puma suede hello kitty. Je les ai commandé a la sortie. C etait un petit budget mine de rien. Mais force est de constater qu elles n ont pas bougé. Je les porte presque tout les jours et a part la couleur blanche qui vire au beige elle sont toujours aussi belle que sortie de boite. Je ne cherchais plus la qualité car elle est en voie d extinction mais la je suis fière de les avoir aux pieds.

Ik heb de Puma-schoenen voor mijn kind gekocht met de verwachting dat ze langer mee zouden gaan. Helaas vertonen ze al na één maand dragen (alleen op school) duidelijke slijtage en begint het materiaal te beschadigen.

Voor een merk als Puma had ik een veel betere kwaliteit verwacht, zeker voor kinderschoenen. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is teleurstellend. Ik zou ze niet aanraden.( flex focus lite modern)

I picked up a few things from Puma recently and was pleasantly surprised. The quality feels solid without being overpriced. Their design are simple but still stand out in a good way. It's a brand id definitely keep buying from.

Order made 2 weeks ago yet has not been processed or dispatched. Customer service are no help and cannot cancel the order either. I have no idea if the shoes will ever be sent. Terrible customer service.

Commande effectuée le 6 avril, le 10 avril toujours pas expédiée : il semble qu'ils n'aient pas les produits stockés, ou bien leur produits viennent de Chine (car aussi présents chez les revendeurs chinois)... Pour l'instant, très déçu de cette première commande et de cette marque qui semble ne plus être ce qu'elle était. À suivre...
... Effectivement, produit basket reçu ce lundi 13, fabriqué au Vietnam (taille trop petit😣) et de qualité et matériaux douteux .... !! Process de retour : doublons en ligne, et site manquant de clarté...
Quant aux jogging/survêtement, malgré mail de contact, toujours impossible de connaître la nature exacte des matières de composition non notifiées sur les annonces produits, donc hors la loi ... Achats renvoyés ce jour, nous verrons quel timing pour être remboursés..! Première expérience très négative...

I ordered a pair of trainers almost 2,weeks ago . No updates from Puma . I emailed , no response , I called and spoke with someone in “customer service” who said she would look into it , no further updates , emailed again , no response , called again and was told that my order was cancelled due to a processing issue at the warehouse although the order is still showing “in progress” on my account
Absolutely shocking customer service . NEVER order from Puma !!!

I had ordered a rcb jersey on 28th of march. I havnt recieved a single status update. Everytime i write an email , i recieve the same silly computer generated reply. This is so sad that such a big sports brand company has such a bad service.
Its been more than 10 days , i hvnt recieved my jersey still. Everytime i put a complain , someone from customer care calls and gives the same answer. Shame on you guys.
This is nothing less than a scam.

I can now totally understand all these poor reviews of Puma and their customer service, as it truly awful. Parcel was damaged in transit and despite repeated emails to Puma, not a single reply from them. It is highly likely I will eventually rise a chargeback on my credit card soon as that seems the only option.

Last year ordered some Man City shirts as I usually do each year (save your jokes about city I’ve heard them all), ordered confirmed and it came to dispatching my item. I waited pretty sure up to 2 weeks, did I get my parcel? Hell nah, contacted Puma by email and they told me it was lost and they will refund me….. hear the best part, they refunded the cost of the shirt but not the delivery cost💀 waited few days to see if any other refund comes not a peep. Contacted them sternly demanding they refund my delivery fee cause how do you wanna keep the delivery charge but delivered nothing?😭🙏🏾.

This year last week I ordered city shirts again, ordered #25 on the back for the home one and #5 for the black and silver one (also before I continue for everyone that is aware idk about other brands for football shirts, Puma started taking small things off the football shirts for the replicas while only keeping the original design on the authentic😀 Ciaran Carlin a Man City fan let me know of this nasty scam just wanted you guys to know before you make any further purchases here)

Back to the main story, ordered my shirts and they came. When I opened them up they were both #5 but the home shirt should’ve been #5, wasn’t fussed about it but I contacted Puma who took DAYS by the way to reply and say I can return it which is fair, but I didn’t want too. I was seeking a refund or partial refund at least for a mishap on my order, they refused talking about and I quote:

“Unfortunately, we cannot meet your request for a price adjustment.

This offer cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders”

So I came here today to remind you or alert you before you make the sad mistake of purchasing from Puma ALTOGETHER much less football shirts, that you shouldn’t….😀 the decency to not even offer any sort of refund without having to return a product THEY ducked up is hilarious, avoid at all costs go to kitbag or the official website of your clubs store or better yet avoid Puma altogether.

FYI Puma, Nike was and forever will make better kits than your tired ahh brand, I miss them so much at Man City it is not even a joke. Can you imagine Puma tryna create a kit as sexy as that 14/15 black and blue shirt with some gold writing? Aguero looked immaculate in it man…. Rant over, just avoid Puma even 2 stars is generous to give them but the quality of material is what made me give them a 2 stars it was good… only thing good from Puma….

They use Evri, who have delivered my parcel to a random address and have lost the parcel. Contacted evri who told me to contact Puma directly. I've done this and haven't heard a thing back. It's absolutely shambolic from both of them. Honestly, expected better from Puma. There's a reason they live in Adidas shadow. Order No 4422238385

I highly recommend purchasing Puma products through a reputable reseller rather than their official site. I experienced significant issues with shipping delays and a lost package, and Puma provided zero assistance in resolving the matter.

Habe vor 2 Wochen ein Trikot per Vorkasse bestellt. Habe es sofort bezahlt und dann festgestellt das ich das falsche bestellt habe. Habe sofort den Kundenservice geschrieben, einen Screenshot vom Kontoauszug geschickt und die Bestätigung bekommen das es storniert wird. Nach einer Woche kam es an. Das Trikot kann nicht zurück geschickt werden. Habe mich noch zwei mal an den Kundenservice Gewand der versprochen hat, dass ich ein Retourenlabel bekomme. Bis heute habe ich nichts erhalten. Unfassbar.

Ich habe die Sondercollection Pokémon bestellt. Meine Bestellung ging anscheinend nicht durch und nun ist fast alles was ich gewollt habe ausverkauft. Super Online Seite. Und der Kundenservice findet natürlich auch keine Bestellung. Danke für nichts. Bestelle da nie wieder!

Cdé une paire de sneakers softride femme en 2 pointures différentes.
Les 2 paires dégagent une odeur noseabonde de niaiser, humidité. J'ai renvoyé la paire trop grande et gardé celle qui me convenait, en espérant que l'odeur se ventilerai. L'odeur est restée.
Je contacte l'entreprise pour leur signaler ce désagrément. Leur seule réponse est ....il m'envoie une étiquette retour gratuite ... je n'ai malheureusement pas garder le carton et leur ai demandé une réduction de prix il ne rentre pas en matière. Il ne prenne pas en compte qu'ils vendent du matériel neuf qui sent hyper mauvais....je ne commanderai plus du tout chez eux. Qd a cette paire je vais essayer de les laver en machine ou les jeter!!!!

I am writing a complaint against Puma. In August 2025, I bought children's sneakers and they broke. When I contacted the PUma service, they did not want to exchange the sneakers. They sent the same letter: send a photo and a receipt. I sent a photo and a receipt. And so 10 times, the same thing. Send a photo and a receipt. Do not buy Puma sneakers!!!! Poor quality sneakers. And Puma does not exchange them.

The sneakers are incredible comfortable however my only complaint is the massive cardboard paper bags that are distributed to customers that will throw it away when they return home. It's an absolute waste of environmental resources,money and production costs. There should be medium sized cardboard paper bags for customers purchasing less items. What do you mean I bought one boxed shoe and the bag is 3 x the size of the product its carrying. Completely and utterly wasteful.
