I bought a F8 double ply widow maker
After a couple of years it started to split sent photo's got offered 9% discount on another 1,or i could send back to F8 customs in america at my expense.I got in touch with Rob Forell the owner of F8 customs who kindly said post it i will fix it plus pay for return p&p and send you a free 1 of your choice 2 weeks later i got my widow maker + free 1,will not order from these again

This is my third gym setup using Pullum Sports, both in the UK and Saudi, and once again, they’ve been excellent. Steve has been consistently available, always sorting things out quickly and efficiently. Andy was fantastic when he came over—his expertise and attention to detail made a real difference. The quality of the equipment and the level of service are second to none. Highly recommend Pullum for anyone looking for top-tier gym equipment and outstanding customer support.

Customer service patronizing and minimum level of politeness. This was after missing item in my order.

I have ordered 11 sets of 4 resistance bands but only 1 was delivered. when i contacted for the refund, i got no response and money were never returned.
definitely would not recommend this e-shop.

Ordered a deadlifting suit online which was in stock. Waited for delivery but didn't get anything. Rang the retailer to find out what had happened and got told its not in stock and will take 16 weeks to deliver. Asked why it was online as in stock still and why nobody had bothered to contact me regarding the delay but the person could not give me any explanation. Not at all impressed.

I don't understand how this company has 4 stars!
I ordered supplements, and after waiting a week I contacted them to be told they were out of stock. I got a full refund but don't understand why you would try to sell stock you don't have!
2 weeks later I decided to give them another chance, I ordered 2 other items from them, this was 11 days and an email ago, I've heard nothing and received nothing. Personally will not be trying again and would recommend you purchase elsewhere!

I ordered an Eleiko Short bar and collected it and all the staff made me feel welcome from the time I arrived. They really are a friendly bunch. Just recently I needed a couple of small minor items and they treated it like a large order and sourced the items without fuss. I just want to say thanks and look forward to doing business again!

I purchased an Eleiko powerlifting bar and customer service and communication throughout the COVID situation was superb. I ordered my bar on a Friday afternoon, it was dispatched on Monday morning and I received it on Tuesday morning.

In addition, the performance bar that I ordered was out of stock so they upgraded me to the competition bar as a gesture of goodwill.

Highly recommended for the serious fitness enthusiast.

Poor and unfriendly service. Did NOT receive all ordered articles and was then falsely declared to be a fraudster. I strongly advise NOT ordering from this untrustworthy company

What can i say about these guys,
I have no need to shop anywhere else for the kit that i use, these guys are fantastic and give unbeatable customer service, the fact they show so much value to customers goes a very long way.
Everything i have ordered has been very quick delivery, if ever a problem they have been straight in contact, whole heartedly reccomend shopping with pullems 👍

Unbelievable customer service! Called me to apologise that the t-shirt I ordered was out of stock, and that the knee sleeves I ordered were sold individually (I had selected “1” at checkout). I said I wanted two knee sleeves and asked them to charge me the money I owed. But they gave me the 2nd knee sleeve for no extra because they didn’t have the t-shirt! I was agog! Customer service like this is very rare, and they will definitely have my custom again.

Bestilte en hel del varer derfra, og fragten blev hele £32 selvom pakken vejede under 2 kg. og jeg modtog intet track & trace nummer.
Men pakken kom hurtigt frem og indholdet var præcis som det skulle være.
