BEWARE this company misleads you on their check out page and delivery service.
I ordered to be delivered to my home address in the UK. On checkout I chose the cheapest delivery service, but didn't notice it said 'service point'.
On the checkout page the delivery address was clearly stated as my home address, so was not alerted to the fact that I had made an error selecting the delivery service, so I completed the order by making the payment.
Subsequently sent an email, saying the item is ready for collection at a UPS collection point 45minutes away....?
Despite the fact that I had inadvertently selected service point, at no point on the checkout details online did it state a UPS collection point as the delivery address, or give me a choice of location.
The payment/complete order page stated my delivery address as my home address (where i wanted it to go).
Very misleading - I'm not driving 45 mins to collect from a service point I was given no choice over.
Beslag, AKA PULLSONLINE, say I have to await for it to be returned to them after 'non-collection', before I receive refund, won't refund the delivery cost.
I'd like to upload the screenshot that proves this but don't seem to have that option here.
Dishonest and misleading.
