Pukhraj Ranjan Arvostelua 

I first attended a workshop on regenerative leadership ran by Pukhraj in early 2026. Her perspective on leadership, and the reflections she shared from her own personal journey, felt refreshing and inspiring. It came at a time when I was brining ideas to life, starting my business and looking for a different framework to guide me. Later that year, I joined her Root to Rise programme.

The programme is rich in content, thoughtfully structured and well-paced, but what makes it special is the way Pukhraj brings people together. She is passionate about what she shares, kind in how she guides, and creates a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space in which to learn and reflect. You feel that she truly wants the best for you, and she is so generous with her knowledge, resources, time and support.

Exploring leadership through the lens of nature has been particularly helpful for me. I’ve come away with a whole new language that helps me make sense of my experiences and approach both my work and the wider world in a more grounded way.

A few months after the programme ended, I can see what I’ve learnt taking shape in how I lead, make decisions and grow my business. It’s something I continue to draw on, and I’m very grateful to Pukhraj for that.

I came into Root to Rise at one of the most challenging points of my leadership journey and life, rebuilding myself from scratch, with no safety net and no map.

What I found was not just a program. It was a container warm, non-judgmental, and deeply real. Pukhraj holds space in a way that is rare. She sees you. Not the version you perform, but the version you actually are.

Over 12 weeks I reconnected with my intuition, reclaimed my feminine energy, and began leading from truth rather than survival. I learned that real leadership does not need to be loud or performative. It starts from within.

Pukhraj's presence throughout was gentle but powerful. She never pushed — she guided. And somehow in that space, I found the courage to name what was draining me, set boundaries I had avoided for years, and commit to building the life and leadership I actually want.

I am leaving this journey not just with insights, but with a foundation. And I am just getting started.

I enjoy very much reading the Regenerative Women newsletters and essees on Substack . Pukhraj carries gentle wisdom and it has been a pure joy to participate on the meditation and reflection gatherings . Looking forward for more.

I joined Root to Rise at a time when my work and organisation were growing, but I had also normalised urgency, exhaustion and carrying far too much as simply the price of doing meaningful work.

Pukhraj created such a thoughtful and supportive space. I particularly loved how she wove nature examples throughout the programme — seasons, forests, gardens, ecosystems and natural rhythms became much more than metaphors - they became the language I now use to describe myself and it has helped to understand myself so much better. I resisted the concept of “wintering” at the beginning but am embracing it now!!

A few months later, I think that is the real test of the programme: I still use it. I notice what season I am in. I ask what needs tending, what needs pruning and what can be allowed to rest. I catch myself sooner when I am slipping into urgency or carrying responsibility that belongs to someone else. I am more conscious of protecting the things that actually replenish me, and I trust my own intuition more. I certainly haven’t transformed into some permanently serene forest goddess 😂 — I still overwork, override my rhythms and forget half of what I know. But now I notice. And that awareness has changed how I come back to myself. 🩷

I’ve participated in several Regenerative Women events, particularly the Sisterhood Circles, and have found them to be a really meaningful experience.

After many years working in male-dominated fields, I find Pukhraj’s message about a different kind of leadership both refreshing and validating. She creates a much-needed safe and meaningful space to question the status quo around leadership and explore approaches that bring values like sustainability, connection, and even surrender into the conversation.

I really appreciate the space she creates and the perspective she brings to leadership.

I participated in the spring 2026 Root to Rise women’s leadership cohort led by Pukhraj. I have known Pukhraj for many years but got to see a different side of her as a facilitator. She is supportive, knowledgeable and attentive. The program opened my eyes to my own leadership capabilities both professionally and within my personal relationships, which was a breakthrough for someone who didn’t see myself as a leader before. It was empowering to find my voice and learn to live and lead regeneratively. The program was nicely paced, immersive and transformative. I recommend it to all women who want to realize their potential in life.

I’ve really appreciated the spaces Pukhraj creates through Regenerative Women. She brings warmth, thoughtfulness and a genuine sense of care to the way she connects people and holds conversations around regeneration, personal growth and community. What I value most is how human and sincere these spaces feel. There’s room to reflect, connect and simply be yourself, without it ever feeling forced. Pukhraj has a lovely way of bringing people together, and I’m very glad our paths crossed. I hope to be more involved once life slows down a little.
