I love their products. Natural ingredients. I particular love their ramen noodles, it's so healthy and has only few ingredients. Shipping is very fast. And sometimes they have sale and free shipping

Public Goods has lost my trust. The last purchase I remember making from Public Goods was for a few items in 2021. Since then, I never went back to Public Goods to buy anything. Recently, in 2024 and 2025, I was charged for an annual membership of $79.00. I only noticed both charges this year after I saw a charge to my account on September 2nd, 2025 and investigated it. Not only was I charged without my knowledge, but I was charged higher than the actual annual membership price of $65.00.

I informed customer service of these transactions I was unaware of and they gave me the full refund for the charges, plus some. I am extremely satisfied with their response, because not every corporation will give you the money you’re owed, but I will not be shopping from there anymore.

I recommend that customers pay attention to their accounts. They should get a free app like RocketMoney to keep track of all known and unfamiliar expenses, and dispute them accordingly.

Company is garbage and has predatory billing practices. Billing for no goods or services for years. Plus, cancelation of my membership was very difficult

Everything they sell is pretty pricey compared to products sold in where I live, but the only thing I love is their soap. Their soap is very powerful, cleans my hand very easily with half pump amount, which made me continue buying Public Goods' soap. Their customer support is very good and quick, resolves my problems every time.

All I asked was if they were dishwasher safe in an email or not and I got an email saying stop sending us so many emails!!! WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was no incert on any instrutions for care. Outrageous!!!!!
