I needed to cancel my membership with Public Goods as my circumstances have changed. Nothing to do with that company. I have to say, Margot went above and beyond by securing me a refund for the membership I unknowingly was charged. Not everyone would do that!! Very impressed with them.

They continue to charge me for a subscription I do NOT have every year. There is no where to cancel it or do anything and it is a a huge headache. Do not ever order anything from this company!!

I brought an item from this website about 1 year ago, and then a year later I was charged almost $80. Once I ended a membership I had no idea I had, and then requested a refund, I was immediately refunded.

Surreptitiously opted me into a membership - I would not recommend this shop to anyone

Simple, sustainable products and packaging help me keep a healthy home. I have been a member for years, as they do not disappoint. I order about once a month. Really love so many of their products, made without the toxins in name brand stuffs.

The sheets PUBLIC GOODS sold me reeked of a vomit like smell. The smell was formaldehyde used as sizing. The company at first sent me the Classic SHUT UP AND GO AWAY letter…but I pushed back…the sheet was $70. So they finally offered to let me return it. But image the poor women in the sweatshop in India where the sheet came from. I don’t think Public Goods is an ethical company at all.
I am advising my friends to avoid them. They stink.

Public Goods responded to my inquiry within 24 hours and has been very straightforward and helpful.

Nothing was resolved. I have heard NOTHING back from you. I want ALL of my data removed from this site so that you never wrongfully charge me again for something I cancelled a year ago.

Great Ramen. I bought this ramen before and it was very good. I’m thrilled that now you don’t have to have a subscription to belong to purchase. I will be ordering more.

I never bought anything from this website. It is the second time you have charged me illegally. I am fed up with this.

I have used Public Goods for years now and I am constantly impressed the the quality and value of their products. They also do a great job packing their products to make sure they are delivered safely but also with minimal plastic.

Hi - though my family has not ordered anything from Public Goods for over two years, we were still charged membership fees the other day. We did not authorize these charges, nor did Public Goods notify us that they would use our credit card.

Slimey tactics to coerce people into a useless subscription. Your team should be ashamed, you spineless thieves

This really is an exceptional company over all. I do wish that particular food items wouldn't contain seed oils. I would love a bigger selection for pantry items and also bedding. Their 3 scented non toxic candles are phenomenal. I wish they'd add a few more scents. Most of the products they have are top notch quality. I would just love a wider selection. And also a rewards program would be great too.

Never thought I could love an ice tray. Highly recommend the silicone ice trays. The cubes come out very easily and I love the gray color. The oversized ice cubes do keep a beverage cold for a long time Best of all they're non toxic!

The noodles came on time, safe and sound.

Love the products and minimal packaging. Arrived quickly. I purchased refill dish soap for a glass dispenser I already have, the multi-purpose cleaner refill for my old Meyers bottle, and hand soap for kitchen sink.

I love everything I get from Public Goods. Many things are made in the USA and organic and they are all top quality!!
