I have also been checking the recent feedback from other publishers, and unfortunately, it appears that many publishers are currently disappointed with the platform.

Previously, everything was working smoothly for both publishers and the platform, but recently many issues seem to have developed. Some publishers have had their accounts deactivated without a clear explanation, while others are still waiting for payments for orders they have already completed.

Another major concern is the reduction of publisher prices. In some cases, websites were listed at a certain agreed price, and the price was later reduced without any proper explanation. There are even cases where articles were already published based on the previously agreed price, but the payment is now being calculated at a much lower rate. I am facing a similar issue myself.

I kindly request that management conduct a detailed review of the publisher system and address these issues properly. Clearing pending payments and reactivating legitimate publisher accounts would be a very important step toward rebuilding trust with publishers.

### Ownership Verification

I would also like to raise a concern regarding the new ownership verification requirement.

If a website was already added to the platform and has been working with you for a long time, I don't believe existing publishers should be required to go through the ownership verification process again. If ownership verification is necessary for new publishers joining the platform, that is understandable, but I would strongly recommend considering an exemption for existing, established publishers.

### Pricing Formula

Another major concern is the current pricing formula based on DA.

As I understand it, the platform is limiting the maximum publisher price based on a formula involving DA × 2.5, while also deducting a fixed margin of around $35 from the publisher's price.

I don't believe DA alone is an accurate way to determine the value of a website. Many high-quality websites charge hundreds or even thousands of dollars for sponsored content, but under the current formula, some of these sites may only be allowed to list at a very low price on the platform.

This makes it difficult for publishers to continue offering high-quality websites through your platform. If publishers cannot receive a reasonable price for their placements, many of them will simply stop adding their websites to the dashboard.

I strongly recommend reviewing or removing this formula and considering other factors when determining publisher pricing, such as website quality, traffic, niche, location of the audience, authority, editorial standards, and the actual market price of the publication.

Ultimately, I believe these changes would benefit both sides. Publishers would have a reason to continue working with the platform, while the platform would have access to more high-quality websites and a stronger publisher network.

I sincerely request that management review all of these issues, including:

* Pending publisher payments
* Deactivated publisher accounts
* Previously agreed prices being reduced
* Ownership verification requirements for existing publishers
* The current DA-based pricing formula
* Activation of legitimate existing publisher websites

The platform worked very well in the past, and I believe these issues can be resolved if they are properly reviewed at the management level.

I hope you will take this feedback seriously and work toward a solution that is fair and beneficial for both publishers and the platform.

I previously had a good experience with Publication Media, but unfortunately that has completely changed. I have been waiting over two months for payment for work dating back to the beginning of June, and I still have not been paid.

What makes this even more concerning is that the amount I was expecting to be paid changed from $735 to $427 without any notification or explanation to me. I was never contacted about the change or given a clear reason for why the amount was reduced.

I have reached out multiple times trying to resolve both the payment and the discrepancy, but the responses feel automated and simply repeat the same payment instructions I have already followed. It feels like I’m talking to a bot rather than an actual person who can address the issue, and despite repeatedly following up, I’m getting nowhere.

It is incredibly frustrating to complete and publish work as agreed and then spend months chasing payment, especially when the amount due changes without any communication.

Based on my recent experience, I would not recommend Publication Media to publishers or creators. If they resolve the outstanding payment and explain the discrepancy, I will update this review accordingly.

Published with them several times and got paid from 2019 - 2025. Started not getting paid in 2026 for publishing articles and no response from anyone. I have deleted all my articles from them. They are a scam! FU searchatlas.com and publication.media

They stopped paying publishers. Even worse, after at least 5 email follow-ups they finally said they were changing the rates to articles I've already published. After the fact! What kind of business does this?
If they burn publishers like this, then I can't imagine how they treat their clients.
They are linked to Search Atlas - so if you are reading this and considering using Publication Media or Search Atlas's services, then run in the other direction.

Please beware of using this company. They do not pay their publishers and ignore all emails. If you are employing them to do a service for you, chances are the publisher will have removed the links you paid for due to non payment.
This is not a one off.

If I could give Publication Media less than 1 star, I would. Absolutely terrible company to work for — simply, they do not pay. Additionally, to try and trick you, they will remove articles you've completed from their admin screens so they can get out of paying. Do not interact with this company or do any work for them!

You do not understand anything neither do you care, and your reputation is forever broken, just pay us the money you owe us, your excuses are not acceptable, whatever is going on with your company is non of our business, we rendered a service, pay us what you owe us because the advertiser already paid you weeks ago, its going to be a month old once again next tomorrow.

This platform was never this bad, but they've completely ruined it. They don't pay us properly. After making us add all the required links, when it comes time to pay, they suddenly reduce the payment by a huge amount. What are they even doing?

No payment & no communication.

I received an order from Publication Media approx 6 weeks ago. This order was fulfilled within 24 hours. Since completing the order I have received no payment, not any form of communication from Publication Media. I have reached out to them on numerous occasions, various different ways - All of which have been ignored.

Asked to publish two posts, payment should have been a week later but didn't arrive. Took five days to respond to my query about it to be told internal restructuring was causing payment issues and they would pay me by the end of the week. Obviously they didn't and I have removed the content and had no further contact from there. Unprofessional to not keep people up to date who are helping you assist your clients.

Used to be a great platform, but since April 2026, they have not been paying their sellers, waiting for payment for months! Support is also terrible.

Worked for them, they didn't pay. Website help page is a 404. Sent 8 emails, none replied to. Avoid!
