I worked with a few sports psychos on my career but definitely Edgar has been my biggest change on my career. Every time he is adapting into what i need to make me feel comfortable on my life and during my competitions.

Edgar provided sports psych sessions for my son, who plays at a national level - focused on managing emotions during matches/stressful scenarios. Edgar is great at simplifying complex topics, using images and tools to help understand feelings/reactions and how to cope with them. It provided a lot of insight and help - highly recommend.

Would honestly recommend to anyone as I have been helped a lot throughout my journey and has been given strategies and tools I can take away and apply throughout my life both in and out of sporting scenarios.
