We've been sourcing PSN cards for our online game store for several weeks now. The regional catalog is organized well so it's easy to avoid ordering the wrong currency or account region. That alone has reduced support requests from our customers.

I downloaded the keys twice because the first file went to the wrong folder. Both downloads contained the same codes, grouped by region and card value from the paid order. The checklist asked for the order ID, code, redemption screenshot, attempt time, and PSN account region. The screenshot then showed a UK account, so we understood why a replacement was not automatic. It also separated buyer-selected region errors from supplier-side delivery mistakes, so we knew what evidence mattered before writing to support. The process did not make the mistake disappear, but it gave our staff a clear record of what had to be checked.

We needed Turkey-region cards for a weekend campaign, but the public catalog showed current products and region details rather than promising a reserved quantity. We created an account, checked the TRY denominations, and kept the first cart small. That was less convenient than receiving a fixed stock commitment, but it matched the way the site presents availability.

Our first crypto top-up created an invoice and sent us to the payment step, but the balance did not change while the invoice was still pending. We checked the invoice page instead of creating a second payment. Once it was marked paid, the credited balance was visible in the account. The waiting was not ideal, but having one invoice reference made the handoff to our finance person straightforward.

We added a US card and a UK card to the account cart while checking prices for two storefronts. Each line kept its region, denomination, and currency visible, so our buyer did not have to decode product names before changing quantities. The total and account balance were shown together, which made it obvious that we needed to top up before checkout.

The seller is scamming buyers. Every code I received failed to redeem, resulting in a loss of over $100. I tested each code carefully and recorded the entire redemption process on video. The video clearly shows that the codes do not work.
