**Very poor product and they refused to properly address my refund request**
My experience with PSLOYPRECIATE has been extremely disappointing.
I placed an order and realised almost immediately that I wanted to cancel it. I contacted them within approximately **two minutes**, but they told me it was already too late to stop the shipment.
Their customer service then specifically told me to wait until the product arrived, inspect it, and that if I still didn't want it I should contact them and they would help me.
When it arrived, the product was extremely poor quality and, in my opinion, looked nothing like the product presented in the Facebook advertising. The finish looked very amateurish.
I contacted them, supplied photographs and requested a full refund. Instead of properly addressing my complaint or providing return instructions, I received generic responses such as:
“We're so sorry for your dissatisfaction, but please kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions.”
That does not resolve the issue.
What makes this particularly frustrating is that I tried to cancel almost immediately, was told to wait for the product and contact them after receiving it, and then when I did exactly that, I could not obtain the refund I requested.
I have now had to pursue the matter through my card provider.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.
