I bought a module from them that doesn't work and they don't take responsibility for anything. They tell you that the module works perfectly when they don't show you any proof of it. Be very careful. Scammers. Money thrown away.

Dopo averli contatti via indirizzo email per ricevere delle informazioni preventive verso un loro modulo non ancora installato, ci ritroviamo a ricevere costantemente una media di 3 email al giorno. Queste email ci arrivano anche ad alcuni indirizzi email che utilizziamo ad nostro uso esclusivamente interno e che non sono riperibili sul web. Ci siamo ritrovati inseriti in una loro mail list senza nessun consenso da parte nostra. Anche dopo vari tentativi di utilizzare il link unsubscribe presente in calce alle loro mail stiamo continuando a ricevere le loro mail.
Esamineremo approfonditamente come sia avvenuto tutto questo e nel caso prenderemo provvedimenti legali.

Come negli altri casi, qui ed altrove, dobbiamo complmentarci per la fantasiai!!! Ma ora la realta' dei fatti: il "signore" che scrive e minaccia provvedimenti ha acquistato una licenza d'uso per un nostro modulo nel 2018, accettando quindi termini e condizioni contrattuali per il suo. Termini e Condizioni che prevedono espressamente e ci autorizzano ad inviare via mail comunicazioni perodiche di vario tipo ai clienti (quello che il signore qui chiama Spam!). Verso la fine del 2024, dopo quindi 6 anni dal suo acquisto, il signore ci ricontatta per avere supporto tecnico al fine di poter adeguare il modulo comprato 4 anni prima, e mai aggiornato, alla ultima versione, dal momento che stava aggiornando il suo sito. Il nostro customer care, attenendosi a quanto previsto dai Termini e Condizioni d'uso, non ha fatto che invitare il signore a seguire quanto previsto dal contratto in essere per le richieste di supporto tecnico. Risposta provabilmente non gradita, dal momento che il signore sapeva benissimo, avendo accettato i termini e le condizioni prima dell'acquisto, che nel suo caso il supporto tecnico non sarebbe stato gratuito. .... ergo, come tutti gli altri che hanno lasciato qui (ed altrove) la loro recensione, ora scrive e diffama, approfittando delle regole di moderazione e confutazione di stampo mafioso utilizzate da qusta ed altre note Piattaforme/FORUM.

NB > Siamo qui "contra voluntatem" (contro la sua volontá) dal momento che questo "autorevole" portale di review consente a qualunque tizio dal nome di fantasia, pur essendo stato avvisato che nei confronti di questo o questi é in corso una reale denuncia ed una reale azione legale, di scrivere tutto ed il contrario di tutto. Quindi, per il momento "NO COMMENT"...in attesa di una reale sentenza.

It's a shame because back when I bought the module they were super helpful.

I have bought a module from them in 2019. Since a couple of days they are spamming me with mails that say that I have to buy the module again because they NOW have changed their terms & conditions.

Come nel caso di Vincenzo Greco, licenza acquistata 2 anni fa; Dopo nemmeno 3 mesi mi scrivono dicendo che, in seguito al cambio della loro piattaforma, le vecchie licenze erano tutte invalidate perchè non risultavano più nello storico ordini (grazie al ...., hanno cancellato gli account). Ora hanno cominciato a inviare mail minacciose, pena una denuncia, chiedendo di ripagare una cosa che ho già pagato a suo tempo!
Edit: la comunicazione di cui parla non è mai arrivata al mio cliente, nè a me, ma è arrivata solo la richiesta, minacciosa, di pagare nuovamente la licenza. Se fosse stato serio e avesse voluto la certezza della comunicazione, avrebbe potuto mandare una raccomandata (i dati li aveva). Le minacce sono continuate nonostante avessimo fornito la ricevuta di acquisto e pagamento....e vedo che continuano tutt'ora, a tre anni e mezzo di distanza... Per di più, il modulo in questione, è rimasto in uso per pochi giorni, in quanto non funzionava come volevamo, quindi il mio cliente dovrebbe pagare due volte la licenza per una cosa che ha acquistato, pagato regolarmente e utilizzato per pochi giorni, anni fa.
Ripeto: se è una questione importante, che riguarda privacy e licenza d'uso, si manda una comunicazione certificata; non si può semplicemente scrivere due righe sul proprio sito (che nessuno va più a vedere dopo l'acquisto di un modulo), mettendo un termine temporale, e passare subito alle mail minacciose con richiesta di nuovo, triplicato pagamento. Gli avvocati concordano...
Edit 2: E si continua....Se hai inviato quella comunicazione al mio cliente, fornisci la prova, è semplice. Avrai sicuramente una ricevuta della raccomandata inviata e recapitata. Vogliamo andare oltre e dirla tutta? La prima comunicazione ricevuta dal mio cliente, lo accusa di avere in uso un modulo di vostra proprietà intellettuale, senza averne la licenza, sul sito bisuteria-on-line.com che non è nemmeno suo...
"Avendo riscontrato sul sito web di vostra proprietá (bisuteria-on-line.com) l'utilizzo del modulo...."

After 2 years they asking additional money because they changed the Terms&Conditions

Hello,

I bought a software module from
"psitsolution" some years ago (I have the confirmation e-mail and the order number). Some days ago they wrote to me asking to pay additional money in order to buy a new version of the module because they changed the Terms&Conditions details. They threatened me telling me that if I didn't pay they would report me to the competent authorities. Too bad that the copied addresses were non-existent ^_^.
