They had a problem with delivery and could not deliver till the owner sent out my purchase by uber. Unbelievable service and the meat was great. Customer for life no doubt about that.

Good and Bad
Pryde Butchery’s game meat (rabbit and quail) was fine, but the sausages were disappointing—bland and poorly textured. Worse, the included mincemeat was half spoiled. Quality control needs serious improvement.
Edit for additional information: Pryde contacted me the same day I sent them an email explaining the situation, and offered to rectify (and additionally compensate me) for the issues. Credit where credit is due, they have very proactive customer service - so increasing the rating by a star.

The website was clear and easy to navigate, but best of all I was able to order specific amounts of meat types such as 2 steaks and 6 chicken tenderloins. Many other sites require ordering large kilo amounts of meat types.

Unfortunately my 2nd box was not at all quality as compared to my 1st one
I've edited my review as Pryde Butchery had been kind enough to acknowledge their mistakes and have issued a credit of the full amount of my order.
I placed another order with them and was pleased again with their meat & delivery.

The 1st box we ordered was amazing, best quality.
I'm saddened to say that the 2nd box was terrible firstly they got my order wrong but they did correct it although I have to admit the taste & quality of the steaks were terrible. I was really disappointed 😞. There was no flavour in the meat and when cooked even rare it was extremely tough.
