Proyarnstudio Arvostelua 

Ordered a beginners crochet kit on the basis that it was advertised as coming with a full video tutorial. There was no URL or QR code contained within the pack, so after trawling their socials to no avail, I reached out to their customer service for further info.

Customer service have been utterly useless, first suggesting that I check their Facebook page, then when I asked for a link they said they would have to ask the pattern designer. I have chased since, but appear to have been ghosted by them. They clearly haven’t got a video and have missold the item.

The wool seems to be nice quality, however I can’t comment on the pattern included as I’m yet to begin crocheting. Delivery was as expected.

I wouldn’t order from PYS again, as there are much better sellers out there that genuinely care about their customers!

What a find.

I am very new to crochet, but I’m totally addicted. I was looking for a kit as I thought it was a good place to start. I am so glad I found Pro Yarn Studio. The colour of their yarn is so vibrant, the patterns are clearly written and so easy to follow. The amount of yarn you receive is very generous, in fact, if you were experienced I’m sure you could easily adapt the pattern and make a larger blanket for example. They also sell the wool separately and do knitting… but I’m not starting another hobby!

The packaging they arrive in is sustainable too. They have thought about everything.
