Been using their products for almost a year, and I truly love them! They taste great and make me feel great. The price is fair!

Been ordering for years and can't find another place that offers this quality for the price.

horrible service. opened a tub of chocolate protein isolate - it was stale and expired. even though expiration is not until 2023. customer service pretty much said too bad. can't exchange it becausew its open - lol - no guff einstein - how else would i know that it was expired without opening it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

I've been ordering from Proteinco for about 3 years. The last 25 pound batch I ordered had very strong chemical taste. I contacted them and gave them the lot number (27619) (Exp 10-2023). They told me they checked the batch and it was completely fine. I can tell you that's not true and it makes me question the company and their products. I personally will not order from them again as they don't seem to stand by their product or even admit that they sent me a bad batch. They did tell me they would send a flavour pack, but that never came and I've never needed to cover up a bad taste with a flavour pack before.

Update - After leaving this review the company contacted me and sent me a 5LB plain protein and 2 flavour packs. This batch was good and the flavour packs were pretty good too. I'm going to throw the 25lb batch out.

Excellent protein and products amazing service and quick dilivery

Packaging: 5/5 25lbs came in sizable carton, it was intact without damage or anything, kudos also to CanadaPost for delivering it to my doorstep during this crisis. Inside there are two poly-bags, both tied with zip ties, could have been done better, however, I don’t expect more as it is a 25lbs bag! Also, the scoop (a transparent one) is placed inside the first bag and outside the second one. Phew! What a relief, imaging how hard it would have been to search a scoop underneath 25lbs of powder. Oh, and there was a very positive surprise as they snuck in a 20oz shaker (with blender ball) for absolutely free and also sent a letter committing to their quality, which was signed by hand, yes! This during a crisis, how can you not respect a company like that? Texture: 5/5 Very light (both in texture and color), unlike other Whey (I always buy Whey Gold); compared to that ProteinCo’s one acts as if it is as light as creatine, sometimes sticking to the scoop (also flying back to the scoop) due to static charge. Also the color is not a dark as other whey, I guess this is due to the company deciding to keep more protein per serving rather than cacao powder; I can be wrong. Mixed very well, two full scoops in around 12 oz of water in a shaker bottle, no residue, some tiny bubbles. And I did not need to refill the bottle with water to get the residue. Taste: 5/5 If one ever tasted the bulletproof coffee sold in one local supplement store giant, then you might find that first hit of freshness (with the first sip) of I guess freshly cut grass due to the grass-fed cow’s butter. It always brings back childhood memories of my grandparent’s dairy. Although not as pronounced as the coffee that taste of freshness is still there with this New Zealand WPI. However, it is one of the least sweet whey I ever tasted, saying that, I understand as it is sweetened with Stevia. So, for people with sweet tooth, just add 20-30 grams of honey to 2 scoops, and you are in for a treat. The taste is smooth, nothing powder like at all, loved it. Value: 5/5 0.027 C$ per gram of protein or C$ 0.755 per scoop, you do the math. I couldn’t find anything this quality, in this price range; however, I did buy it with 30% discount. Effect: 5/5 Very light and easily digested, feels like I am having carbs, as all the protein powders (mostly WPC) I had, made me bloated; not anymore, on my third day on it, having two scoops after work with creatine, honey and water. Funny thing is that I still have over a pound of my last Whey gold,"Extreme Milk chocolate", which I don't even feel the urge to drink anymore. Customer service: 5/5 I first stumbled upon ProteinCo. during a sale, however, being a graduate student during this unprecedented recession (read: unemployed, with student loans), I didn’t have the money to buy it then. Fearing that the sale might expire I emailed ProteinCo. if they can give me the same discount when I am able to buy it (read: the next credit cycle). I never imagined much from it but to my surprise I received an email a day later that I can take how much time I needed, and they shall give me that discount as they understood my situation! How can you not love a company like that? Overall: 5/5 ProteinCo. just won a life-long customer; every 6 months they will be getting an order from me for the 25lbs New Zealand WPI. Loved it! Hands down one of the best protein suppliers in Canada with high quality protein, i mean top class product so i am really happy to have people like them around but only thing is products are little expensive if they can do something about it would be great, i mean little cheaper or good coupon codes.

The isolated whey protein is a great product for the price. My only complaint is that the powder seems to clump easily and so is never fully dissolved when mixed in a shaker cup (but not a big deal). It would obviously be totally fine in a blender.

Best protein I've tried so far and I love the purity of it.
I'm a registered nutritionist so I know a good protein when I see and taste one. Delivery is so fast!
