It is easy to submit my work

It is easy to submit my work, it's processed within minutes (seconds) and also the communication is very professional (not like other services where it seems i'm there first customer). For example to include the advice for adding the 60 day link for platforms and services who don't permit staff to login for access. I for one am glad this site exists.

It is easy to register and get a proof of copyright. The process is seamless and fast. It is not immediately clear/intuitive how you can share these proofs, but it is well explained.

Competence and integrity evident

I am so impressed by the competence and ease of use of your website. I feel very vulnerable with offering my work on the web, and now feel much safer. I tested the features, and downloaded the invoice, the digital certificate and changed my password and everything worked well. I viewed several of your videos and they made sense.
