You decline three of my reimbursement you declined three of my claims and you keep saying you have not received my emails on my fax and have receipts you guys are scam take my money every month and don't want to fix nothing you make me pay for everything on my pocket I'm suing the hell out you I'm reporting you the better Business bureau All the above.
