I had a hard time reaching on line and phone calling but finally I did reach some one and I was vey please with the fast response on my oil/tire rotation refund response I am please with your company some folks have computer problems even on line. thanks Much here Al Hall

Horrible service, long hold on the phone which make it impossible to get in touch with someone. I have been making these monthly payments and when it’s time to utilize the service I can not get in contact with anyone. This is act is deliberate by the company to discourage people from making claims after paying their monthly premiums.

I just got an oil change and it went so smooth. Thank you

They took almost 2 weeks to start the claim and it took 2 weeks to get the car fixed.

When I went to have an oil change, during business hours, the technician tried to contact PMC for an authorization code to complete the requested services, however, no one answered. This was a Friday.
I tried to contact the person that I considered my representative the following Monday, and found she no longer works with PMC. I then tried to contact customer service, to no avail. It did not matter what time of day I called, the recording always said that I was calling outside of normal business hours, which I was not.
I would like to speak to someone regarding this issue, however, I still have not been able to make contact with anyone.
Now, I am now concerned that if I do break down, no one will be able to reach PMC.

The company responded quickly to the Goodyear technician that gave them the necessary repairs for my air conditioning system needed for me to have cokd A/C . Living on South Florida if you don't have a vehicle that does not have air conditioning you are going to die. I am very glad that I purchased the extended warranty with protect my car. I will be adding my wife's vehicle now since her vehicle does not have extended warranty on it. Thank you protect my car for being honest and trustworthy in your business to provide repairs that saved me hundreds of dollars..

Called in for oil change rebate have not seen or heard from the company yet. I supposed to get a free oil change. Why are they so slow about this.S.Range

i needed brakes so i took my van to V I P tires and needed more than brakes i needed a complete brake overall they called you and dicuss what was cover and i was suprise the outcome very satify.

Scam artist !! I’ve paid protect my car for several years thinking I was covered but when I needed protect my car when my transmission went out they have given me the run around for years $129.00 a month and I needed them they said no and after they charged me again the next day they canceled me left me with a $9000,00 out of pocket and when I called to complain 2 ph calls waiting for 21/2 each call with the run around oh we will call you you are safe with us this is this BIGGEST Scam company ever do not fall for the lies on the web site it false they will not cover you but they will sure hit your card ever month for years and when you need them they aren’t there for you and you are stuck the site is a blatant lie . But this isn’t the end you scam artist .. you totally lied to me and 1000’s of others you can’t get by scamming the honest working people ..

It took 3 phone calls and 2 hours of being on hold before authorization to repair my A/C
None of the phone numbers are actively monitored on the card
PMC barely covered 60% of repairs
the website was useless in my situation

I received service in a very timely manner and the customer service agent was courteous and informed, my insurance company was the worse I need another insurance company they never sent anyone or even tried

it is to hard to contact the company when you need to start services right away. also the rental car rate is well below the inflation rate. the avg car rental 56 dallols a day! you only pay 30 dollars a day, that should changes

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my claim, which was submitted over three months ago. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and numerous hours spent on hold, I have yet to receive any resolution or even a proper response from this company.
The level of customer service I have experienced throughout this process has been utterly unacceptable. On several occasions, I endured waiting times of 3-4 hours, only to be left without any meaningful assistance. One particularly disheartening incident involved being promised a call back from the person handling my claim within 5 minutes, but that call never came. Even after I reached out via email to both the designated contact and customer service, I received no response whatsoever.
I diligently provided all the necessary paperwork as requested, including sending it via email as per the instructions provided. However, despite fulfilling these requirements, there has been a complete lack of communication and progress regarding my claim. To add to the frustration, when the representative from the dealership finally managed to speak to someone, she was informed that the motor needed to be found by PMC company for any payment to be made. Weeks have passed since that conversation, and I have yet to receive any further contact or updates.
It is with great disappointment that I must express my dissatisfaction with this company's claim process. The obstacles encountered and the lack of responsiveness have made it impossible to file a claim effectively. The message I received on certain occasions, stating that waiting times had exceeded business hours and to call back tomorrow, only compounded the frustration.
Given the excessive amount of time and effort I have invested in this process, as well as the financial implications I have faced, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to others. The lack of transparency, communication, and overall customer service has left me deeply unsatisfied.

It was easy to handle my claim by phone I was instructed what to do by going to the web site to handle my claim it was simple and self explanatory made everything easy that's what I like. I'm a very satisfied customer
