Experience has been great, I love the UI experience of the product.

Great UI/UX with easy to understand and use Chrome extension. Finds contact details for LinkedIn profiles and firm websites quickly and efficiently, which can be copied and pasted into my CRM.
Never had contact with support so not sure how they work, as never needed help.
Pricing is keen with a free option too. I've been using the basic tier as provides 200 phone number searches per month, (plenty for what I want) and doesn't charge is number no available/discoverable. Overall, very happy

Incorrect basic data on my company (services, opening hours, staff numbers etc).
When I contacted them to correct their data, they said they cannot edit anything as it's all just computer generated.
Total slop. I wouldn't trust any "data" they're giving you.

Great service, efficient API. The hit rate on UK emails is decent, not spectacular, but definitely worth the subscription

Easy to navigate and produces accurate contact research output. The extension also works well with Linkedin.
