i recently moved back to india and have been living with my parents, and one challenge was meeting daily protein goals in a vegetarian household. there’s only so much you can rely on paneer, soya chunks, and protein powder, and my parents are also trying to meet their protein needs. thankfully, I got proskii this month.
i tried all 4 flavours and my favourite is honey crunch, with mocha as a close second. What i really liked was the cereal is not extremely sugary in taste, is quite crunchy and keeps you really full. i also liked the peanut butter flavour.
recommend trying the cereals both in cold milk and lukewarm to find your match :D

i got my parents to try it and they enjoyed it too. it’s been quite convenient and i found myself snacking on it in the evenings hehe.

the only small feedback from me was that the double chocolate could have had a stronger flavour.
overall, i liked the variety and switching between flavours kept it interesting

Have been eating proskii for breakfast since more than a month and must say it’s truly an amazing product keeps me full till noon… I’m always on the lookout for protein options and this is a great fit… would definitely recommend…

Great healthy alternative for people who love cereals. Tastes amazing and keeps you full for long.

Cooking breakfast, just for myself, always felt like a waste of time. So I used to rely on corn flakes with loads of guilt and sugar crash early in the morning. Proskii has been a life saver. I'm not a chocolate person but their honey flavor is absolutely delicious. I find myself craving for it in evenings too, so I just grab a handful as a snack.

Honestly good initiative for someone who lives alone this is a great healthy alternative for a snack or breakfast. The calorie to protein ratio is also good.

Ordered Proskii after seeing it on Instagram, timing worked out because my wife had been craving cornflakes and milk, and I wanted a better snack option at home.

It arrived, and quickly became a favourite, not just for her, but even my daughter as she is 2.5 years old (she sticks to 4–5 pieces at a time). Their favorite way to have it is soaked briefly in almond milk or added to a banana shake with almond milk, it keeps just the right crunch and tastes great.

Overall, really enjoyed it. Small feedback: the flavour could be slightly more pronounced, and the crunch a touch lighter. Looking forward to try the other flavours too!

Proskii is an excellent breakfast alternative which helps be satisfy my protein needs. They have a variety of flavours so you never get bored. The flavours are mild so it makes sense to add more ingredients whenever you have it. The best part is that it stays crunchy even after being soaked in milk for quite a while.
It curbs my morning cravings and is a great way to start the day.

I bought the box of 4 version and have tried double chocolate and honey crunch so far. I liked both of them. Its high in protein, yet light enough to not make you feel too full. The taste was good (honey crunch my favourite between the two) - Its not too sweet and tastes better with milk. The packaging was transparent and informative.
