New person arrived, didn't know which floor to go to. Called a phone number that wasn't listed on the account. I didn't get notified until Security contacted me that someone pressed the call button inside the freight elevator lobby.

Proshred does a GREAT job for us!
We have been working with Proshred for many years and they have always and continue to do a fantastic job for us. We have regular pickups monthly and sometimes schedule large volume shredding. Whatever the service, we can count on Proshred to help us!
