ProShip Auto Transport LLC Arvostelua

A very hardworking agent who was able to secure a driver to get our car hauled. Charles is conscientious & gets back with answers to my questions. Thanks Charles for helping us out!

Charles was great in commutation for pick up and drop off. Great experience with service. Will use again in the future.

Car was delivered quick and for a great price! Would use again!

I received a quote to ship my car from CA to NY with ProShip Auto Transport. I was happy to pay the price of $700, and signed a contract stating as much on May 4th, but as the date of the shipment got nearer, I failed to hear from the broker, John, and had to reach out multiple times to confirm that my car would be picked up, and I was assured, multiple times, that it would be. However by May 31st, the day before the car needed to be picked up, I was told they had not found a driver - none had accepted the price ProShip Auto had offered me. When I was subsequently forced to go with a different company for a much higher price, I received threatening calls and harassing texts from John, the broker. After I had already shipped my car with the other company, John claimed that he knew the other company didn’t have anyone to pick up my car (despite it already being in transit) and offered to charge more than double our agreed upon price, $1600, to ship my car. This company relies on bait and switch techniques-they reel you in with low quotes, but will not come through at that rate. You will be left scrambling at the last minute, like I was.

Charles was great! He was really helpful and very proactive!

Steven has been very responsive during the entire process. The pricing quoted and the actual price charged by the drivers on the day of actual pickup will definitely vary so please be aware and prepared for that.
Steven worked with me and got me the best possible price match. The car arrived on the delivery day as promised which was a great plus. I would recommend Proship Auto to others.

Robert communicated the process in detail. I got my car shipped very quickly. By the time my car was picked up, it was at my destination the next day. Overall the experience was really good. I would say I was quoted $250 for my shipping, but when Robert spoke to the drivers, the lowest price he could get to ship was $400. So be aware that the quoted price could change. But even then, the service was quick, and easy.

Good company with a high prices. Thanks

Thank you Charles for your service. I really appreciate what you did for me. I saved your number which is 510 929 4131. I’ll get back to you when I back to California

Friendly service. Linked me with an excellent driver that delivered my car on time and kept me updated throughout the process. Tim Holland was great to work with

Thomas Johnson Very helpful and fast person and helped me a lot to get a competitive price 👍👍

I have so many choices, but Charles gave me best price for shipping and contract.

Tim Holland helped me transport my car from Sarasota Florida to Redondo Beach California with absolutely no drama.
Very professional!!

Great company to work with communicates very well

My contact person was John Adams. He was very professional and attentive to all of my needs. The shipment of my car was explained to me in great detail. I was informed every step of the way. This was our second shipment with ProShip and John Adams took excellent care of our vehicles on both shipments. 5 Stars with a peace of mind that all was good with my vehicles.
