Prose Arvostelua

It helps my hair smooth and healthy that I receive from my sister inlaw as a gift

I love the personalized concept, and my hair feels so much healthier!

Love the products I feel my hair is less oily and I am able to go 3 days without washing

Your website is horrible. I just want to order 2 products, but everytime you log in, you add previous ordered items back in subscription mode and if you dono’t go back and search/look, you sneak it in … even though previously cancelled. I HATE that! But, I like your shampoo and conditioner, hair mask too. Dry shampoo is worthless. Curl cream is useless and the styling gel is a gloppy mess. You’ve sent me re filed if these useless products 3x and I never asked for it. You’re really sneaky with the automatic subscribing, even though cancelled previously. I would completely cut off patronizing… but I do like the 3 products noted above.

My skin is supple and feels great!

I love my custom ingredients, that can be modified based on my feedback. Not having to worry about finding products at the store saves a lot of space in my mental load, and I need all the help I can get in that area.

PS. The scalp serum is wonderful for postpartum hair changes.

Have been a prose user for 6+ years. Have been able to grow my curly hair super long because prose solves for my knots!

I've been using Prose products for almost 5 years. My hair is healthy. A happy customer!

Great product! I can adjust my order at my convenience.

I wish a reminder was sent before subscription sent out, so that I can remember to adjust to my current needs. (I always forget to add curl cream.)

Using the shampoo and conditioner has help me tackle the ongoing scalp inflammation from a autoimmune disease I fight. Because I found relief with the haircare products I added the facial cleanser with serum. The facial products have also helped!

I love the fragrance of the product and how my hair feels after. It just makes me feel good even when I don't.

Product is fine, its more about the marketing and using customer's data. In the check out process give the customer the option to decline your marketing emails and "dont sell my data" as an option

This product is amazing. So far, I've only used the hair products, and I have gotten so many compliments on my hair. I can not wait to see how the facial products work out for me.

I've been using Prose for years and will continue to use them for my hair oil and face cream. They make it so easy to skip a shipment or change when the next shipment will be or make any adjustments to my future orders. The quality feels high end while not breaking the bank.

Easy navigation of their system.
Good questions posed to the client for a taylored regimen.

Great products, my hair is so silky smooth. And a great website that is easy to navigate to make changes as needed.
