Good value for money but poor delivery

Helpful Customer Services
There were supply and delay issues with my order of a hoody, but Customer Services at Prosafe Direct were very helpful and generous in refunding and replacing a delayed and then unfortunately, damaged item. They replied quickly by phone and email and were sympathetic to my cause of wanting to get the hoody in time for my son's birthday.
